I would give zero stars if I could. Charged for tyre puncture repair, a week later tyre pressure indicator down again. Rang them up, very rude over the phone, told it was a wheel issue not a tyre problem. Seen a different tyre service - very obvious nail with bubbling leak in tyre.

Graeme (manager),despite being bald, somehow has the ability to please his customers. The mechanics are excellent despite Graeme being at the helm😛

Mati is an absolute star. They managed to book my car in for an MoT at short notice and provided an excellent service. Very friendly staff and they all seem very happy in their work. Mati is a credit to the Halfords group! Would highly recommend this garage.

Marty and his team consistently go above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Helped us a lot with out Vauxhall Moka. They are a dedicated group of professionals, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a fantastic, reliable service!

Following an initial problem with the delivery and fitting of my tyres. The manager was very helpful and apologised for the inconvenience and was very accommodating to solve the issues I faced and thank you for solving the problem for me.

The website was easy to use .
The tyre prices were competitive.
I have used them for many years, as they are reliable and provide good local service.
I like their special offers ...essential these days.

The ease of ordering the tyres and choosing a fitment time and paying upfront.

AVOID!!!sam at reception was lovely and got me sorted very fast but the workers refused to work on my car.management is horrible aswell

Do not leave your car when taking it for servicing. Wait for it and watch them do it. I sent my car for servicing and they didn't bother doing anything and they called me 5 minutes before they closed telling me it was all done. By the time I got there it was parked at the same spot I had left it. My car has a camera inside which records as soon as the car is on , the footage shows no movement of the car at all. Check the dip stick, the has been any oil changed, no oil filter changed nothing was done other than reseting the the servicing warning light. I had marked a few areas which I knew would be touched during the servicing and those marks are still in the same place I left them. Thanks National Tyres for stealing from your customers. If you have done it yo me there will be more who have had the same with theirs just that they didn't notice.

Armed with some basic facts it's a fairly simple job to find a tyre that fits your requirements and budget.

Wouldn't accept my postcode. Apart from that everything went well.

Booked online for home fitting. Everything went according to plan with two tyres fitted in less than twenty minutes. Excellent service.

Went in with a slow puncture and had to have all 4 tyres replaced. The manager and staff were excellent friendly, approachable and did an excellent job

I paid in advance and booked a time slot for a punctured tyre replacement. Someone coming in off the street at the same time as I arrived had their car attended to before mine so I had to wait 30 mins before anything was done. What the point of an appointment system if you needlessly ignore your promise? It's disrespectful.
I had two front tyres fitted just 3 or 4 days ago but according to the health report they are already 16% worn - I don't think so!
The outside of the building looks derelict to be quite honest, and the inside is not much better. To say the place is tired would be an understatement.

Web page order process very simple however the Payment Assist calculus are wrong, I previously sent an email about this same problem on a previous order but no one replied or acknowledged the error and it should be noted I rang customer services to explain as well and they fully agreed with me.

Online worked out about £50 a tyre cheaper than ringing the branch, I needed 4 tyres so I wasn’t impressed by the drastic difference !
