Very bad service in this garage.
I had 2 new front tyres fitted and steering alignment, they didn't align it right as the car was pulling to the left. I returned there again and the guy told me that it was pulling to the left because the edges of the road weren't straight, then he said it was done and took it for a test drive.
I left and the car is now worse, it still pulls to the left and driving at 70mph in motorway you also feel it shaking as it looks like the wheels are not balanced right either.
They are not professionals working there.

These guys are amazing they saved the day after my car had a sudden puncture and I was 30 miles away from home. I was really worrying and they were able to fix the puncture they found I’d driven over a big nail. They didn’t try to rip me off and even though they were busy they helped me and honestly I can’t recommend them enough, such kind genuine people who know their job and work hard. Thank you

First all I had to witness two members of staff bickering about who was going to change my tyre whist they were eating their jammy dodgers when one of them backed down the other would just tell a different member of staff how they would rip off lease companies via the 1link. The branch has now become the Bedhampton boys club.

Bedhampton havant staff rude liars waited 2 hrs while they took 3 tyres off car only to be told the tyres we're not there when first arrived they said they were and trying to get through to customer services also a joke they say will return your call they don't about 10 people said they would return the call but they don't absolutely disgusting service never use again

Beware ordering online and booking a time
Ordered the tyres online and booked a time. Arrived to find tyres won’t be available until the following day at a time that is inconvenient.
If an order can’t be fulfilled a phone call should be made to give me the option to cancel or reschedule, not completely waste my time.
My issue is with head office, not the centre themselves
