Go to Hendon and not Friern Barnet for bikes
Having been completely disappointed by the poor customer service, ridiculous bike repair system and lack of interest in helping us, we made our way from the Friern Barnrt branch to the Hendon branch, with little hope, but were pleasantly surprised. They were so attentive and helpful. Not only that they fixed the very minor issues with the bike there and then and were not sure why these could not have been actioned at the other branch. In particular, a thankyou to Wayne, Matt in bike repairs and Steve who answered the phone (something Friern Barnet also never does!). Will only go back to Hendon in the future.
Used Mobile Tyre Fitting Service
I had a fitter attend last Saturday from the West Hendon Mobile unit. He was prompt and courteous and extremely fast in changing all 4 tyres.
Very impressed and will be using the Mobile service again.

I had a booking at 11 at Hendon Auto Center, and the guy, Joe, checked me in and asked for the wheel nut. However, after 35 minutes of waiting, Joe informed me that the tires hadn't arrived. When I suggested that as a manager, he should have checked stock beforehand, he became argumentative, accusing me of wanting to teach him his job. Ultimately, he canceled my job while shouting.
Beyond the disappointing service experience, it's concerning that Hendon lacks CCTV cameras both in the office and workshop. This absence of oversight allows for unchecked staff behavior, such as Joe's, without any accountability. It's essential for businesses to prioritize customer service and maintain a professional environment for both employees and clients.

Hendon Branch is a joke company
Hendon Branch is a joke company! Booked in this morning 11Am for 4 tyres+Wheel balancing. They said someone would call when it's ready late afternoon. Didn't receive a call so went in at 5.30pm only to find out they hadn't done it and offered no excuse. They couldn't find my key and on top of that the manager said that I was the one being rude even though I refrained from swearing. This is costing me loss of earnings and a day wasted on top of that the refund will take 5 days and I can't wait 5 days they will be hearing from me.

I waited 3 hours just to change a tyre. Eventhough the garage was empty , they took their time to check and change the tyre. So disappointed with your service. I had booked an appointment and got there on time but i had to wait there for a long time. You need improve your service otherwise you lost your customer...
