Purchase 2 tyres with extra pay for a extended warranty cover. Recently one of the tyre got punctured and flat . When I took the car to fix it . They said can’t take unit next week because there is no booking available. Which doesn’t make sense .how I suppose use the car with flat tyre for a week ? Then what’s the point in paying extra for a extra warranty where they can’t fix a tyre puncture which takes 15 minutes. Looks like big scam . Full recommend avoid buying from them .

I had a really pleasant experience: The service was top-notch both from the receptionist and the technician named Dan, He went above and beyond to repair my puncture and no doubt saved me money. All in all — I experienced good old-fashioned service ,which is pretty rare these days.

Really great. Another garage had done some work on my car and caused loads of problems.
National tyres took it in, sorted it out and talked me through it.
I totally recommend.

Exceptional service from start to finish.

Friendly staff to start with, changed tyre and did necessary checks
need to revisit them as sthe car seems to pull to left even after front trackign was done unsure why

Excellent Service, we ordered 4 tire replacement which was done quickly and efficiently, kind customer service at the reception.

A very quick turnaround time for replacement of a tyre, and my spare wheel was put back neatly in the boot.

Great service from Dan & Dan yes they are both called Dan both where very helpful in changing my tyres over straight away even though it was there lunch break I’m very grateful for there service and price thanks guys would highly recommend the team

Great service and very efficient, Booked on line and also phoned the centre as I wanted to wit rather than drop off, all ok with manager Dan advised it could be between 1 hour and 1 1/2 hours, arranged time off from work arrived at 08.30 as agreed was back in work for 09.15 tyres and tracking done. Used there Payment Assist option to spread the cost interest free so had premium tyres for a change as plan on keeping the car a while. gave the car a quick check over and advised getting low on tread on the rear tyres due to my mileage they should still last another 12 months. very clean and professional service.
