Overall good job experience, Nathan was helpful throughout and gave me a call to update me on advisory’s and walked me through everything. He even gave me a quote and advice further to this, good man, good team and decent experience.
My car bonnet latch wasn’t working I drove straight to national tyres Redhill to see if anyone could help me as I was going on a long journey that day, Ryan on service desk didn’t hesitate to come out & look at the problem & managed to fix it for me (he also quickly checked my oil was ok ) . I appreciate this was a random drive in Hi need help situation so didn’t have high expectations however was pleasantly surprised how understanding and helpful your employee was . Thank you

Service here was absolutely appalling.
Dropped my car in for a new tyre to be fitted, told it "won't be much less than an hour" - what a load of rubbish. 2 and a half hours later and was still waiting.
Got told it was just being finished, I was sat on a bench opposite and no one was working on the car. Went over, told it was just about done, waited another half hour, asked again, then told, its done but they forgot to tell me.
Completely disorganised and useless. Will never take my car there again.
First time I’ve ever left National Tyres Redhill fuming! The normal manager was not in and he is usually great.
Carried out an online order for 4 Goodyear tyres - booking confirmation sent and I turned up on time.. the tyres had not arrived (ok sh*t happens)
I said to the guy at the desk calmly - “communication would have been great” they could have called me or text me saying the tyres have not arrived we need to get you re booked in before me waking up early on a Saturday morning.
The guy got all defensive and said “it’s an online order - how can I communicate with you” i mean if you don’t want online business then don’t advertise online. The guys attitude stunk. All he had to say “I know, I’m really sorry, let’s get you re booked in”
Order cancelled and I will never go back to this site.
If the manager sees this - get your staff some customer service training.
The young lad who drove my car in and checked was great - apologetic and genuinely sincere. The guy in the back office today 14th June, not great at all.
Can't praise the team at National tyres Redhill enough, especially Michael, great customer service!
No one enjoys getting an MOT but the guys make it as pain free as possible and in my experience go above and beyond for the customer. Well done guys.
Second time I have taken my jag in for its MoT, and I have got to say the customer service and efficiency was excellent. Friendly and professional greeting, when I explained I had to go off to an eye appointment and may not be able to drive straight away they without hesitation allowed me to leave the vehicle safely overnight, next morning when I collected it they enquired after my operation. I left impressed with how they had dealt with the MoT but most of all feeling that their customer service was excellent

Took my car for a puncture repair, they had the car for three hours and were unable to find the puncture. I had pre-paid (no refund) and wasted my time travelling to and from the mechanics.

The next morning I woke up to a completely flat tyre (of course) and was recommended to take the car to Watling Tyres, Redhill. The team there were super friendly (thanks Paul!), and repaired the puncture while I waited. The moral of the story is...
Update: National Tyres saw this review and refunded the original payment, very happy with their customer services department. It's good to see them take the feedback seriously.

These guys are so good! Been going to them ever since I moved to Redhill. They are always polite, quick service & genuine. I’m baffled by some of the reviews as I’ve been going here for 3-4 years now & consistently had amazing service in whatever I go for! Keep up the great work!

I had two punctures on the 2nd November so stopped at National Tyres Redhill to get new tyres. when it came to giving an invoice I was told it would be emailed. 3 days later no invoice, when I phoned to ask why, apparently they had put the email address down wrongly. I asked if it could be resent and was told no they couldn't do that and they can't send by post as they would need to take money out of the till I could make a 180 mile round trip to pick it up, finally they said phone the manager tomorrow, I did and he said he would post it. I phoned again a week later and was told he was on holiday for 2 weeks. I phoned the parent company Halfords and was told to wait another 2 weeks to see if it turns up if not they would look into it. very poor service as I need the invoice to claim off my tyres insurance. You have asked for my order number etc, its probably on the invoice which I haven't got.

UPDATE 22/06/2023: No one from the branch contacted me. I went back in, gave my details again and was told the manager would contact me when he was next in, which didn't happen.
Phoned today and the manager wasn't in (again!) but a very helpful chap (Mike) apologised and offered a goodwill refund of the work that hadn't been carried out.
Such a shame as I've used this branch several times and never had a problem before.
