Not happy
Booked 4x new tyres online a week in advance and the time of 10.00 am so I phoned the day before to confirm the tyres had arrived and was told don’t bring your car until 2.00pm as we have a few things to do before you I said I had booked for the 10am slot to which I was told I can see that but we are too busy so don’t come till 2pm so now I have to rearrange my whole day so really what is the point in booking ahead not happy at all

I was very pleased with the discounts on offer
I was very pleased with the discounts on offer for online orders. The website was easy to navigate.
My tyres were at my chosen centre within a couple of days.
The service that I received on the day was excellent and the staff were friendly and professional.

Ordered tyres online and simply turned up on specific time and work undertaken. Sittingbourne Kent Branch .Problem with locking wheel nuts That ended up with me having to go to other garage to get sorted and then back to National Tyres for fitting.
I was slightly flustered , but Jordan Allen the manager sorted out my problems in a very professional manner . Recommended.

Improve service performance in Sittingbourne
Improve service performance in Sittingbourne. Tire replacement is done well, but I paid for the wheel alignment and they didn’t give me a diagnostic sheet! They said the printer is not working. How sure can I be that they did it? If the tires wear out, who will pay for the damage?
Unfortunately, the reviews for wheel alignment work at the Sittingbourne branch were poor. But I did not expect that they would not even give a diagnostic sheet. This is alarming. I rely on their word of honour! I hope that I have not been deceived.
