Terribly unorganised place . Had a tyre change booked and paid and received a call on the same day morning to say that they are short staffed and had to cancel the booking. They sounded as if its normal and nothing unusual about calling and cancelling a confirmed and paid booking. Luckily I managed to re-book on the same day with Kwik Fit and they very professionally sorted the job for a lower price than National Tyres. Stay clear if you do not have time to waste on this circus place.

I have been here multiple times over the years and the guys here are always helpful.
This time it cost me 4 tyres but nevertheless great service from them.
The manager is always brilliant helping me to ensure I do not waste money unnecessarily, been here for years so knows his stuff.
I could not recommend them more.

Completely Clueless.I arrived a bit late for appointment only to be told tyres have not arrived and would need to return late afternoon which I did.I paid for 4 tyres and was told all work is done and can take the car after only 2 front tyres fitted and also had to inform them I paid for wheel alignment.My whole day was wasted and not at all happy with my experience.

Good customer service, friendly staff and got my tyre replaced there and then.

Have booked (week before) appointment just to fix 1 tyre valve. When arrived on the site crew stated that they dont have spare valves ... Been wait for 1 week to hear this comment. So unpro ... Such a waste of time ...

A very user friendly website, good choice of tyres for each vehicle and reasonable prices.

Really easy to set up including the special offers and promotional codes and really does help using the payment assist excellent online experience all round.

Very clear and easy to follow. All booked up and paid for.

I had a horrendous time making the purchase, but that was because my bank, HSBC, kept refusing payment with my card. This is not the first time this has happened and I shall take it up with the bank next week.

Ordering process was easy to use but system did not automatically apply the stated discount on 2 tyres or more. To do this had to phone your help line to get a discount code. Access to discount code should be made clear on the web site.Tyres not fitted yet.

Site was easy to use and the discount procedure was clearly s my shown.

I didn't collect my vehicle there are saying change something take tomorrow just let you know 18 of January today still I did two there replied same message

I have booked on line to change 2 tyres and wheel alignment and paid in full but when I went to the branch in Cippenham, Slough on time booked I was informed that they could not do it as the tyre machine its has not been working for nearly two weeks ??????? so why national tyres promoting this branch on their website and taking money from customers and booking ???? what a waste of time and petrol !!!! this is such a bad and very disappointing service. its very hard to get customers walking through your doors but with this kind of service its easy to loose customers ! The Branch staff were very good and polite.

The ordering experience and pricing was excellent.
Hopping that the fitting experience will be as good - I'll let you know if it isn't.

Terrible service . Booked 2 tyres and tracking .The tracking machine was broken and after taking my front wheels off , the fitter said “we have a problem” They never had my size tyres !!! I asked when they would be in and he replied “Hopefully later” I returned home and awaited a call which never came and so i asked for a complete refund , which incidentally has not been paid . Over a week ago now . No communication was forthcoming at all either to say we have or have not got my tyres in! Awful customer service i think you will agree . None of my friends or relatives will go anywhere near the depot again .

Booked a wheel balancing and alignment, went on day booked and was told they were not able to do it (no call to warn me, nothing). They rebooked me the week after and again they turn me down when I showed up as unable to do it (apparently the ramp is swamped with uncollected tyres). Again no call to warn me. Still waiting for a refund, such appalling service
