Had 4 new tyres done today by jack and Peter , both were exceptional in there customer service and went over and beyond with advice and help on my concerns as only just purchased the vehicle , would highly recommend 👍👍👍

Had a loose stone in the brakes, they were able to see me on the same day. The two gentlemen I spoke with were very polite.

I have taken my car to Streat National Tyres, l felt that team were polite and treated me with respect, being a female this has not always been the case with other garages. The work completed on my car by the team has been first class, no complaints from me. Thank you.

Having used National Tyres before I didn't hesitate to use their services again when I had what I thought was an issue with my suspension.

The car was inspected. I was told that the suspension was fine, but that the alignment was out. When I picked up my car, I was advised that a four wheel alignment had been undertaken, which I was happy with.

Over the next few days however I found that the car was feeling very light on the back end. Every little bump threw the car to one side. It was a very disconcerting feeling. 3 days later I took the car to another garage that I use a lot and asked them to have a look at it. What they found really shocked me. There where loose bolts on some of the suspension components and I was also advised that the alignment was way off. The garage did another 4 wheel alignment and tightened everything up and the car now drives without any problems.

I just don't know how National Tyres got it so wrong. It's certainly put me off using them again though, that's for sure.

As we were about to set off on a long holiday journey we discovered that a rear tyre was badly worn in places. Fortunately the tyres we needed were in stock at the Street branch and the team were able to fit us in and get us back on the road straight away. Excellent service from Dave, Pete, Lowen and Brian

Excellent experience. The time had arrived for four tyres to be replaced and the work was done swiftly and for a very good price. Staff are all very friendly, polite and it's definitely one of the few places where I feel the staff genuinely care about their customers. I always recommend this branch to friends.

Dealt with National Tyres at the Street branch. Completed work on time and updated me throughout the process. Very reasonable rates. Great friendly and honest staff. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Have to give these guys a five star review, they totally deserve it.
Currently away for the weekend and tyre pressure warnings came on, on the motorway. Stopped at the services, checked the tyres and continued the journey, only for the warning light to come back on.
Thinking I must have a puncture, called in to National Tyre in Street and was booked in immediately.
Connor checked the tyre that had had the lowest pressure at the services and there was no sign of a puncture. He checked all the tyre pressures and set them to the correct pressure for the car, I had set them too low (doh!).
Exceptional service plus they didn't charge me. Thank you Connor 😊.

Cannot thank the team here enough for going above and beyond to get me back on the road the same day. Jack and Connor really pleased to help and I’m really very grateful. Has to use national tyres as a company car but would not hesitate to recommend to anyone to use this branch. Thank you to you all

Very expensive for work that needed doing how they came to the price quoted god only knows and was told that the job would take 2 hours
