Had a flat in a hire car. The tire was apparently not a common size. I checked around in Truro - the competition needed 4-5 days to get it. National tires said they would have it the next morning around 11.30 am. In fact they had it at 10.30am. They were super nice, gave a decent price and the service was earlier than expected. I don't normally write reviews, but they were great.

I ordered 235/65/16 tyres and was fitted with 225/65/16 tyres on my rims without asking the customer for permission to change size. No communication, the workshop knows better than the customer what tyres to fit. If the customer wants a different tyre size (there are many tyre sizes which can be fitted in addition to the standard size), the customer must be asked if he wants to change the tyre size.
I expect to be fitted with the tyres I have asked for, not what the garage has fitted. Lack of professionalism in customer service.

Always had v good service. 1 problem today on website. When I tried to use first online system of registration number + post code it said my post code was invalid whether I used a space or not.

Easy to order tyres online & select convenient appointment and the ability to spread the cost over several months is an added bonus.
Staff at the Autocare Centre in Truro are friendly & professional and the service provided is always high quality.

Right tyre at the right price, although it is a shame you can't get the same price if you just go to the garage. For some reason they cost more if you don't order online.
This will be my second tyre in a month due to punctures and an impending MOT. I must add that the service in Truro was excellent though, friendly and efficient. Great job.

Location of branch to where I live made it a convenient option to use National Tyres. Website was easy to navigate and price was competitive. Booked a date that worked for me for fitting. Hope the fitting goes as well.

Arrived about 1/2 ahead of my time slot and was seen pretty much straight away, which was a bonus. Overall it was a good experience, except I wanted to keep the old tyre to pass on to the company I work for, so they could see how bad the tyre was. After being told multiple times that the tyre had been put in the boot, I arrived home to realise that was not the case. Hence why 4 stars instead of 5.

Your online website, was easy to follow, i was able to make an appointment in a weeks time, to get all tyres replaced, at a reasonable price. And was extremely happy to find i could spread the cost out over 4 monthly payments, with Payment Assist.
The first on the day of appointment, obviously making it very affordable and stress free. Very happy with service so far, would highly recommend.
