It would be hard for most people to describe having to take time out to have new tyres fitted as a 'great experience', and I'm no exception to that sentiment.
However, fast efficient service and pleasant staff and surroundings all help. I would recommend you to anyone.

Half a day for 2 tyres fitted
It's now after 12 Saturday afternoon and iam still waiting at NationalTyres at Washington. Just finished nightshift and my car has been with them since 08.30am. Shambolic service for 2 front tyres and a break check. Complete utter disregard for their own slow lazy working practices. Loud music , radio max volume blasting, young lads walking about and singing with not a not a care in the world to customers waiting becauseof their mistakes. I'll not be using these again for any car serving and tyres again. I asked for my keys after the work was finished and the lad just totally ignored my request deliberately. TOTALLY DISGUSTED.
