Great experience with this garage in Woking.
Tyres were ordered but didn’t arrive to the garage by the expected time.
Needed these urgently!
Stuart managed to source two of the tyres I had ordered, one of them from another branch completely.
Shout out to Big John from Guildford branch, who winged it down to Woking.

I had my tyres changed here all went well so I returned for a full service, upon completion I received my paperwork to say all was OK with the car.. service was done but they couldn't turn my service light off, then I noticed an oil leak on the car . On returning I was told I needed a new sump as mine was rusted and this would cost me £350. I left the car at the garage as it wasn't drivable, I seeked some advise from a mechanic I know he said if the sump wasn't leaking before but was leaking now it was possible the plug was crossfredd. So the next day I called and confronted the guy on the phone and told him will not be paying for a sump as I believe he crossfredd it, a few hours later I received a call saying that he managed to sort the leak. If I didn't check him on this would have been 350 out of pocket.... and my service light is still on. At least the car isn't leaking anymore. Moral of the story use a proper garage. And always question things ... job reference number 493/0004547

Booked 2 new tyres and brake fluid change for a BMWX1
Good price for the tyres on line but couldn’t add the brake fluid change so had to ring them. Booked in at the same time and assured 1-2 hours and not overly busy. Turned up at booked time to be told they were very busy. I asked them to do what they had promised especially as my disabled wife was with me. 3.5 hours later……. Received the call. I had also asked for the service indications and runflat puncture warning light to be reset. This was not done.
Possibly they are accepting more work than they can resource?
They are falling well short of the service they used to provide under previous ownership.

I would highly recommend Halfords in Woking . Recently my son had four new tires and a MOT . Scott was extremely helpful and very polite! Wasn’t too expensive either . Definitely a garage I trust with my self and sons car

Easy - convenient and professional

Fitted 4 new tyres, after that, I started having issues with TPMS valves tyres pressure issues. Probably they damage the TPMS fitting the new tyres,the garage said is not there issues maby the valves has to be changed, but I did had the issue before changing the tyres.

Excellent service at the Woking branch. Staff were really helpful and professional, especially Scott who went above and beyond. I've been there a few times now and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Very helpful staff although they seemed to be working under pressure as they were very busy.

The first day at a new job, driving quite a distance as a commute and I got a flat tyre. Stressful to say the least.

Scott, at the Woking branch of National Tyre Centre right near my new work, couldn’t have been more helpful. Not only did he offer a discount for the new tyre, he also called me up as soon the tyre arrived which was earlier than expected. This meant to got fixed at the end of the same working day and so I got home safely in one piece!
