Very friendly service and our driver Ed did a great job driving us around Manchester last Friday. .The driver was on time and courteous and the vehicle was clean..

To join us at our wedding, 14 friends and family generously flew from Japan to London to join us for our big day. We hired a minicoach through the National Mini Bus company to take them all from Heathrow to Lewes in East Sussex to various B&Bs.
As several other reviews seem to have stated on this site, the initial quote from the website kept climbing as the email responses and phonecalls stacked up, including an extra £80 charge for a trailer to carry their luggage which seemed ridiculous.
We finally agreed to a sum of £380 and I gave my debit card details which was promptly charged. No confirmation email was sent, or driver details as was promised but I assumed everything was alright.
On the day our guests all arrived at terminal 3, exhausted with four children and I'd still not received any word from the mini bus company.
15 minutes after our driver was due to meet us I tried to call the company and after 6 attempts finally managed to speak to someone. They were unable to find my booking on the system and so took my number down and told me they'd call me back. 10 minutes later they'd still not called me back so I called again and they then informed me of the name of my driver and his mobile number. When I called him he said he was going to be at least 2 hours late because of heavy traffic.
I told them this was completely unacceptable and immediately started to look for alternative solutions but the cheapest option which was unfortunately £500.
A tedious stream of text messages then followed between myself and who I assume is the MD Dave Harris who told me to 'make the most of the situation' whatever that means, and that the driver would make it up to me with his great personality. When I suggested that it should in fact be made up to me with a refund it didn't go down very well but he eventually agreed on an £80 refund or so I thought and we left it there.
The driver eventually showed up over two and a half hours late.
A week later after an insanely busy wedding week I'm unable to contact anyone and they've made no attempts to get in touch with me.

It's a subjective issue and I'm sure other customers have had good experiences but in my opinion if I book a bus for 5pm for 14 travel weary passengers I'd expect the driver to take into account heavy bank holiday weekend traffic and make necessary adjustments to arrive at least within a reasonable time.
A really stressful, embarrassing and disappointing experience with terrible customer service. I'll never be using them again.

Booked minibus a to go to the airport, driver arrived early, helped with luggage. No problem at all. Will use them

We used Nationalminibushire.co.uk to take us from London, to the Glastonbury festival over the summer and pick us up at the end.

We were charged an extra cost for the hire of a trailer for our bags and an extra cleaning cost of the vehicle, as our destination would require the vehicle to be thoroughly washed afterwards; which we paid upfront.

When we were picked up from the festival the driver hadn't arrived with the trailer we had paid for. This meant that we had to squeeze all of our luggage into the van, creating a very compact environment as well as forcing one of us to sit on the floor for the 4 hour journey home with no seat belt. When we challenged the driver about the situation he was extremely rude and threatened to abandon us at the festival,

Plus as the weather was so good at the festival there was no mud in or out of the vehicle. Showing that a cleaning cost for the vehicle should be charged if the vehicle became dirty and not on an assumption of it being dirty.

I lodged a complaint 5 months ago and had no response. I chased it us 4 months ago and was told my complaint would take 2 months to process. I still have had no word back.

They quote one price and then change it as soon as you speak to them. I tried this at least three times. Each time, they would come up with some story. Then, when I enquired what was going on with the manager, the lies continued!! I then receive an email from one of the staff members to say that they no longer had vehichles available for the day we required. To my surprise however, there were plenty of vehicles left to choose from on the website!!  After days of being messed about with Nationalminibushire.com, I went to another company that were honest and professional.

Don’t waste your time with them!!!

I made an online booking with this company. Quite straightforward - the website calculated a price, I entered my credit card details and received a confirmation email.

I then received a bizarre phone call informing me that if I wanted the booking I could either pay more money or arrange accommodation for the driver.

Disgusting.
