Delivery went well. Had a problem adding the arm rests but that was my fault as it should have been done while the chair was upside down. Not quite as comfortable as I was hoping for.

Brilliant Customer Experience

Easy to order, kept informed of delivery, the folding desks are great quality for the price my only negative is that the site did not state that the tables came as flat pack and needed putting together. It took 2.5 hours to put 3 tables together.

I was hugely impressed and grateful for the response to the delivery problems I’d encountered. The delivery service used the pick up option and I couldn’t possibly have managed to pick up an office chair. They wouldn’t retrieve it and re-deliver. The company responded by having my chair delivered by a driver right to my flat and it was all put together and ready to use. Excellent service and the chair is great.

A really good experience from start to finish; the website is clear and easy to follow and navigate; the ordering process simple, and the delivery (including a polite, detailed, phone call) smooth as silk.

As some have said, the instructions aren't quite as simple as a novice like me would have liked, but it still only took me around half an hour to build the pedestal desk, if that.

Highly recommended, no hidden flaws or surprises, does what it says on the tin.

Over the Moon!

I order two desks with pedestals which were delivered on time. The desks were very easy to put together and are good quality.

The customers service was particulary good, which is rare these days. As we are based in Cornwall the items came on a pallett, which we thought would be left and picked up later but the driver kindly waited for us to unpack and took the pallet away with him.

I have no complaints at all and we recommend them to anyone.

The delivery was swift. The driver arrived exactly within the half an hour slot which was very impressive! The instruction is very small and difficult to read. The desk is solid and good quality:

Instructions were a little difficult to follow as pictures didn't correspond to the desk pieces. However managed to put it together and it looks great!

The office shelves arrived as expected, with a helpful delivery driver. Assembly was relatively easy but the instruction sheet should be larger to more clearly differentiate the components. Everything fitted together easily. Would be helpful to know in advance the weight of each product - they are solid and heavy.

NOFS promised to the agreed delivery schedule for my office desk order. The desk is great and exactly what I wanted. The build quality is indeed 5 stars and it was extremely easy to assemble as it came with clear instructions. All of this for a very reasonable price. Many thanks!
