The quality of the products purchased was excellent and the beds were easily assembled. Delivery of the beds to the room I wanted them in was great and the delivery protection packaging was very good and ensured no damage. This is the second time we have purchased items from The Natural Bed Company and on both occasions we were really satisfied with not only the items but also the service and assistance. So much so that we've just ordered another item.

Absolutely delighted with this beautifully designed oak bed. The whole process from ordering to delivery was straightforward. With reluctance (after a busy moving-in day) I single-handedly tackled the assembly of the bed and was relieved at the ease at which it came together. I highly recommend the product and the company.

We're really happy with our English Oak Camden, it was well worth the wait and cost! Feels solid and will hopefully last us a very long time.

We were a little surprised at how cheap some of the plastic fixings for the slats seem, but you'd never know after setting it up. The delivery company also weren't the friendliest, but that's not very unusual these days.

The bed is beautiful and was very easy to build. Communication and delivery was a breeze. We are really enjoying our new bed! Thank you natural bed company.

We got a Camden style bed in walnut and it is definitely the “understated statement” of our room.

Arrived on time, easily assembled and totally met our expectations. I would suggest, however, you have an Imperial measurement option for your Canadian customers - most UK web-sites have them.

I recently purchased a bed, bedside tables and under bed drawers in maple - Handmade in Sheffield - fabulouse customers service and products. Pity so few businesses offer this level of service.

Received my Kyoto bed and bedside table today, and couldn’t be happier. A huge improvement on what I had before. They are beautifully made, the bed was easy to assemble and feels so sturdy. I especially like how the slats are fixed in place, and not using a cheap solution like Velcro which gave me problems with my previous bed. All in all worth every penny!

We did a fair amount of research for this bed as we have low ceilings in our cottage. Found this company and liked what we saw and the reviews were very positive. We bought a 150*200 Pimlico in cherry and everything about the purchase went as you would wish. The communications about when it would be delivered were spot on and the delivery men perfect. I assembled the bed myself and it went together just as the instructions said.
We are really pleased with the quality and finish and all the materials even the bolts etc are good quality for a change. It’s rock solid once put together and with a new mattress on top it is so comfortable.
This is a great product and a great example of how an internet purchase should work.

We purchased a new king size bed and two side tables, all in oak. The furniture are high quality and solid, and will last several lifetimes, I am sure. Worth every penny.

Good, informative website, and when I had queries they responded promptly and with photos.
Delivery was straightforward, from a separate company, requested they unpack furniture, and they removed the packaging.
Bedframe was straightforward to assemble, very comfortable and looks beautiful.
Bedside tables and chest of drawers, whilst not the same design, go well with the bed. I'm so pleased I treated myself to this beautiful furniture, well worth the investment.

Really solid, high-quality bed. Came well packaged, easy to put together. The wood colour is a bit different from the photos, probably just lighting, but overall very happy with it! Customer service was also very friendly and supportive.

After searching high and low for a high quality, British made bed with an understated look, we found Natural Bed Company. After visiting their showroom (a 3 hr drive from home), and spending nearly 2 hours with a very patient assistant looking at all the designs, wood colours and finish options, we ordered a super-king Chiswick. It was worth the wait and we are delighted with the bed! Delivery was straightforward, communications were clear and timely and putting the bed together was really easy. It looks amazing and we would highly recommend NBC.

I love my Naturalbedcompany bed. I couldn't be more happy with the quality. I looked for a mid century style bed on John Lewis and various other sites and they were all expensive with poor reviews and ugly veneers and cheap wood. Naturalbedcompany was a bit out of my price range but I do not regret it as the wood really is beautiful and solid. I'm happy with the price as I can tell it's going to last for decades. My bed was flawlessly crafted by Rob. The beds are super intuitive and easy to assemble with everything provided. Do familiarise yourself with how these gorgeous wood colours will change over time. I opted for cherry wood knowing it will eventually darken and match my other mid century furniture.
