Excellent quality bed frame with great customer service.

Although probably more expensive than your average bed frame, the quality of the product delivered is immediately obvious. There were various frame options that I considered but I really liked the frame I eventually decided on. The item was well packaged and the instructions were really clear and easy to follow. Although probably easier to be assembled by 2 people, I was able to do so in less than 30 minutes on my own. It feels solid and looks amazing.

Unfortunately there was some damage caused in transit to one of the wooden beams included, I contacted customer service about it and they promptly investigated and reassured me about the issue. I think this was an appropriate and reasonable outcome considering the damage was to a non-visible part of the frame and does not affect its integrity. This is just one example of the great customer service responses that I have received from them over the course of firstly contacting them before purchase and throughout the transaction.

I would not hesitate in ordering from them again or recommending others to do so.

I purchased a Double Luxury Organic Mattress 3000 Springs for my new Camden bed. There was a week's delay. When I received the mattress the packaging stated 5ft Kingsize Matt - not Double; it looked so odd. The mattress was a mismatch of measurements in Length, Width & Depth. I called Natural Bed Company the same day, to be told that their T&C states if there is no fault I would be charged for the collection. I was refunded minus the collection charge.
The negative reviews are consistent with my experience.
I try to support small businesses like Natural Bed Company however, this type of deceit is unacceptable.

Wonderful looking and beautifully built bed. The deliver was straightforward and assembly was easy (although you definitely need at least two people for the assembly). Very happy with the purchase and would certainly order again in the future

Excellent service from ordering to delivery. I ordered a Hoxton single bed and a Prestige mattress. The quality of both items is superb. Delivery was excellent and exactly as originally stated. The bed was meticulously packaged and assembly instructions were very easy to follow.

Just beautiful. I ordered the linen bedding and it is even better than I had hoped - just beautiful and washes and tumble dries (low heat!) excellently, couldn't be more pleased. Also, I called up as I was faffing with my order and the lady I spoke to was so patient and kind and we also had a good giggle - thank you so much! I ordered right before Christmas and it turned up so fast. Would absolutely recommend! (Also ordered the Aery Room Diffuser, lovely smell!)

We have bought our second Cochin bed from NBC as we loved the first so much. The design is light and elegant, very timeless. We have one in a room alongside some heavy Victorian dark wood furniture, whereas the new one is in a mid-century modern feeling room, and both look perfect. The company were a delight to deal with, responsive to queries, and we would happily buy from them again.

We ordered a bedspread and a throw late one Wednesday afternoon.
They confirmed the order in 30 mins.
The next day a note had been attached to the order and it was expected on Monday and arrive it did on Monday.
They are very good quality and look fantastic and will not hesitate to use again.

We love our new bed. It looks great and had fantastic storage. The sales staff were very helpful and knowledgable and made sure both buying and delivery was a good experience.

An elegant, well made, easy to assemble bed. Delivered on time. The company used for delivery also did an excellent job carefully moving the bed into the house, unpacking it and removing all packaging. Good bed and service all round.

We are completely amazed by the quality of the workmanship and love our new bed so much. The bed was super easy to put together, every piece is so perfectly built and very solid. I have genuinely never seen such a nice piece of furniture. For reference, we bought a superking size pimlico bed in walnut. I had my eye on this bed for 4 years and it is everything I dreamed of. We asked a lot of questions beforehand and had some adjustments made to the height of the headboard. We also requested swirly wood grain, which we got and it looks amazing. The company were extremely nice to deal with and gave us really quick and detailed information.

First class customer service, nothing is too much for them! And I was very pleased with the bed I ordered, beautiful wood and lovely piece of work.

Simply put, The Natural Bed Company making a beautiful, contemporary furniture with the highest quality materials, and environmentally conscious methods.
We bought a Sahara bed in oak, and it's lovely. The bed came on-time, packaged using the bare minimum of plastic material, but carefully and securely housed in robust cardboard. The delivery company they used were also very good, and offered to unpack, but I did this myself and assembled the bed myself (which was easy). The customer service is also great - Beth was super helpful with answering my questions. I was initially hesitant about spending a bit extra on a bed from NBC, but very glad I did - it's a piece of furniture we will live with for many years, and far and away superior to a mass-manufactured bed. They have taken care to make this bed, and it shows. Very pleased indeed...smug, even :)
