This company is ( I believe) trading fraudulently. I placed an order in July and despite multiple emails asking for a delivery date and emails and letters requesting a refund for non delivery . No response has been received. I have reported them to Trading Standards and will not let this drop until a satifactory response is received and a full refund issued.

Two panels ordered in June still not arrived
Two panels ordered in June. After more than three requests for information on expected delivery date and receiving three promises of delivery the following week the hurdles still did not arrive by late September. Fortunately I paid by PayPal and escalated my claim. Today I received notification of a full refund.
Sadly can not comment on the quality of their work and would not recommend Natural Fencing.

Received the fencing and it was well worth the wait, they are beautifully made.
Placed an order 23rd June and paid in full still not received the panels. They don’t answer the phone when calling. Had 2 email responses advising he was finishing off the order but still haven’t received the delivery more the 6 weeks after the last email.
I would not advise anyone to pay this company any money and have no confidence that the goods or refund will be forthcoming.
Order didn't arrive...
My wife and I ordered 3 hazel hurdles and some posts back in April/May which arrived within a month and are good quality. We then placed a mich larger order in August and didn't receive our items. I emailed and phoned the customer service team many times but got no response.
We opened a dispute on PayPal and have now received a refund.
I would strongly advise against ordering from this company, the items we actually received are good, but I think we were very lucky to get anything, based on the comments of others on here.
Took a long while but eventually got my willow
I placed an order and money was taken at the beginning of July 2020, took a very long time to get a response from them for an update on delivery which I received the last week of September. I am impressed with the willow and especially how well it was packaged and delivered. Also the correspondence has improved greatly with Jim even calling me to confirm a good place for the pallet to be left. Even though we had issues with communication due to the willow be so good we will be buying from them again.

Ordered my panels 4 weeks ago... website states orders in 2-3 weeks.
Despite their claim to respond to emails - since their voicemail claims they're far too busy to staff the phone line in these "unprecedented times" (aren't you tired of that excuse?!?) - they haven't replied to any of my 4 emails and I'm stuck in limbo.
Quick to take my money though!
Worth the Wait
After chasing an order placed with Natural Fencing, the goods have arrived at last. They are exactly what I had hoped for, well made hazel and chestnut hurdles that will make an excellent garden fence.
Although it was a little concerning when my earlier requests for order update info went unanswered, once Natural Fencing did reply I found them to be polite, engaged and true to their revised delivery estimations.
Natural Fencing make good products, and I will certainly be going back for more hurdles in the future. But, I will build in a longer lead time....

Appalling service
Appalling service. Ordered products 11 June, despite many emails and phone calls chasing delivery there is still no sign of them 4 August. The order is about to be cancelled.
A complete letdown
My wife placed an order just before lockdown in March and we understand that this will have had an impact on the time delay. She spoke to Jim in May and he advised that the order would be delivered in 3 weeks which should have been the beginning of June. She chased them after 5 weeks and left several messages and sent e-mails which were ignored. She finally e-mailed them to cancel the order towards the end of July and received an e-mail within half an hour to say 'we'll make the fence tomorrow'. After reading several reviews, we just don't trust a word they say and left it cancelled. Such a shame as their fences looked lovely but we'll never know.

Finally the two planters have arrived having ordered them in May. They are very beautiful and I'm thrilled with the final result.
These products are hand made once the order is placed and this I did not understand from the website, hence the wait.....

Have now given up on my order placed on 10th May. I paid over £500 for fence panels and despite threatening legal action and bad reviews still no refund or panels. You can’t believe what Jim says. He makes promises but doesn’t keep them. The website should say “BEWARE ... you are likely to have to wait 5 months for your order or YOU MIGHT NOT GET IT AT ALL”. This is no way to run a company. Why would a company in Suffolk even have a call centre in Dorset? Half of my many many messages were never put through. I advise you to avoid this company at all costs.

As an update, after posting on Trustpilot and notifying of legal action, the hazel panels did arrive. Jim was very apologetic, and the quality of the product seems good.
Such a shame that the experience was marred by over-promising and poor communication.
Credit Where Credit Is Due
In my last review i talked about how I was concerned having not heard anything from Natural Fencing despite emailing and calling. I am delighted to say that the fencing arrived last week and is fantastic. Very high quality which has obviously been constructed by someone that really knows their stuff. Jim apologised for the delay and was true to his word with the revised delivery date (in fact he dispatched it a little earlier than he had said which was a real help)
I have no hesitation recommending Natural Fencing. Any delays in the current climate can be forgiven, especially when a sincere apology is given and they do their utmost to deliver the goods as soon as possible.
5* for product and price 1* for customer service!
I want to write Jim a 5 star review - it's just the sort of business I like to support; he seems like a nice guy, the product is good and it was a great price. But I can't.
Why? The customer service and total lack of communication about where the order is.
If you order from Natural Fencing you need to be prepared to do daily / weekly battle as to where your stuff is - my order took 2 months and was only a couple of hundred quid, so how long others wait, who knows? If you are happy and willing to do that then you should use Jim. If not, or you suffer from any form of mild stress, don't. You'll end up tearing your hair out.

So like Charles I also left a negative review and have now had my fencing delivered. It is very good. I met Jim and he is a nice guy who has clearly had some problems with staff this year and has quite simply got behind in all areas. He's working hard to get on top of things and hopes to be in a better place by Christmas. I wish him all the best with that and hope he can pull it off as he has a great product to offer.
