Having placed a negative review last week I had Jim on the 'phone within 10 minutes.....
Fencing panels duly delivered 2 days later. Excellent quality and very good value. Now I understand the circumstances and how he works I would definitely order again - but just be patient!
Excellent product - slightly slow delivery
We have some excellent fencing but Jim was a bit slow delivering as he always seems busy.
Took a bit of chasing but the product makes up for that. Its a very small company which means less admin but you get more attention to detail.
Be patient.
This company is promoting a country craft product to a digital age market. I have no complaints whatsoever about the hazel fence panels I eventually received however my experience was similar to other reviewers. Communication was difficult in part I suspect because the producer is an individual who’s often out on site. Phone calls not returned, emails not replied to, payment not acknowledged.
II you decide to buy, prepare yourself for some frustration but the end result is worthwhile.
Some things are worth waiting for.
I have only just got round to putting up my fencing. Almost a year later!
I absolutely adore it with its natural wobbly trunks. It did take a little while to come but I understand there was only 2 of them working at the time and they were up to there eyes. The fencing panels were well worth the wait. I feel as if I m in Hobbit country. Thanks Jim.

I placed an order on 9th March 2019 for 10 hazel oak framed hurdles. Still awaiting them on 10th June (3 month later), with three missed (promised delivery) deadlines.

Contacted Natural Fencing on a Wednesday, had 9 hazel hurdles fully installed by Saturday morning. Jim couldn't do enough to help.
I fully intend to use Natural Fencing for future projects.

Despite being good craftsman, I cannot recommend this company. Jim is the most unreliable tradesman I've ever had the misfortune of employing. He comes up with excuse after excuse and has a trail of annoyed clients in his path. We agreed with him to do a large job for us within a certain timeframe. This didn't happen. He went AWOL on a number of occasions and would not respond to phone messages, text message or emails. He is full of false promises and schoolboy charm - DO NOT BE FOOLED BY IT!
Fantastic result
We have just had 6 fence panels made. They are fabulous. Great communication from Jim. We are so pleased with the result. So much so that we have found some other garden projects for Jim and Natural Fencing to make.

Avoid this company - definitely don't pay up front
I had an unfortunate experience with Natural Fencing resulting in me needing to take advice from CAB on how to progress a small claim against natural fencing.
I paid up front in July 2018 for what looked like a beautiful garden gate similar to the photos online. Unfortunately I did not receive the gate. Jim refunded my money in December 2018 a day before I was about to lodge my claim in court. I do believe if I hadn't done this I would still be receiving yet another date for delivery that would be missed.
I do know that Jim experienced some extreme problems last year with a sad event of an employee's wife passing away, and another needing medical attention for his hip. Do discuss this with Jim so that you can contextualise my experience and make up your own mind.
Recently, Jim has kindly visited me to personally apologise and whilst my experience is as above, I have no reason to doubt that he had a tough time last year with a number of difficult circumstances as described above. If things have now changed for him, you may have a very different experience.

poor service - still waiting on wood ordered- maybe a review of how your deliveries take place - I ordered wood a week ago and it still hasnt come - where are my hazel branches ?
Do not use this company
Placed an order and paid a deposit 6 weeks ago, the company will now not respond to emails and will not answer phone calls. Very difficult to deal with. Do not use this company
Total Waste of Time
Placed an order on June 14th and heard nothing.
Emailed them, first of July heard nothing.
Phoned them 4th July and they promised delivery would be that week.
Today is the 3rd of August and I have still heard nothing and had no delivery. Emailed them again, but don't suppose they will answer.
I have been shopping online for over ten years and this is the worst company I have ever encountered.
If you actually want to get what you order, you might want to try somebody else !
