A company that delivers real sea water so need need for salt and chemicals. No endless fights with phosphates from tap water causing algae blooms . The service is beyond brilliant they deliver to your door monthly. The team are knowledgeable and could not be more helpful. They even respond to questions at weekends and evenings . This company are a game changer for all marine aquarists. I can not recommend them highly enough. Shout out the Christina foe being beyond awesome. Thank you NSW for making my comeback to marine keeping a complete joy.

I ordered my initial fill of 400lt from this company. Christina was the young lady that helped me through the process. She is very knowledgeable, very kind and polite. She responded to all my emails very quickly to my surprise. The water was delivered on time and filled my tank within minutes. Being new to saltwater aquariums i thought this would be the best option. It has been seven days now and my tank is fully cycled. Amazing. I have set up a direct debit to receive 100lt every month for my water changes. Big thank to you Christina. You have made this so easy and enjoyable for me.

Great, reliable serive. water parameters are always within limits and the serive is simple to use. I leave jmy 2x235ltr containers out behind my bins and at around 7:30am they are swapped/refilled and I dont even have to wake up. I fully recommend for ease of use and convenience

well what can i say about this company I'm new to the marine aquarium hobby, a friend of mine give me the card of this company said he had been using it for almost 10 years, told me that I would not regret taking water with him... the best advice I've ever had in this seawater area, a serious attentive company always quick to respond to emails and deliver water I couldn't be happier to see my corals growing fast and happy, happy fish and great quality, all parameters exactly as promised, had to stop to use calcium because I was going over the limit I save a lot of money, I recommend it 100 percent..

Used their service for the first time this Saturday, Turned up 10 minutes early and within 5 minutes had removed 350 litres and replaced with seawater. The very knowledgeable person who obviously loved his job then spent a whilst going over questions I had and recommending things to do. Excellent A+++ service, what more could you want. Oh, and the tank is already looking much better and the fish seem to have a new zest of life !

On delivery day the driver was polite, courteous, attentive and his passion for the hobby was clearly evident. I have booked future deliveries and I highly recommend this service!

I totally recommend Natural seawater! I set my marine tank up using it and it looked amazing from day one. The hose reached from the back of the van and it saved so much effort than lugging 25lt containers back from the local fish shop. I leave the containers out and they are filled on the date given. Also extremely flexible if you need to increase/decrease your orders each month.

From the initial contact Christina has been so helpful, and I required an emergency delivery due to my previous tank breakage, I had a delivery of water within 12 hours.

Having previously always used synthetic salt and now I have changed to natural sea water I have instantly noticed a difference in my corals colour and polyp extension, I will stick with this water from now on and the guys at natural seawater supplier have booked me in for a refill of my storage tank every 8 weeks. It's just so easy and the service and product are second to none.

I would just like to pass on my thanks to my delivery driver driver today, I completely forgot to leave my barrels out he rang me and said not a problem his going to leave me water in different barrels just to make sure I leave them out and n my next delivery, super helpful and I’m super impress

Firstly the service is absolutely fantastic they couldn’t be more helpful.

I have 100lt of salt water and 100lt of RO water delivered once a month. I receive an email the day before to remind me about my order.
The water is the best quality without a doubt. The salinity is always perfect along with all the elements calcium,magnesium and Alkalinity.

Honest it’s the best saltwater I ever had and my tank water running with natural saltwater since last year September to now all my corals are thriving very well and even my SPS and LSP corals are doing well
ICP triton show up a excellent results I’m very happy and today the driver fill up tank in my shed with no mess it’s so very good I recommend to have them 👍🏼
