He turned up on time and I had forgotten to put my tubs out and so I rushed to get them out and he was perfectly happy to still full up the water tubs all socially distanced.

He the asked how my tank was doing and I mentioned my corals seen to be struggling and so he asked me a couple of questions and then advised me to check my salt level in my tank as he thinks that is the problem as I had never been told to top up my tank with just purified water.

I have just done this and my level is high.

So I just want to say a big thank you and what a great service.

I use this for marine tank water changes. On the bottle per 100ml - salt;3.6g. sodium:1.2g Magnesium: 0.15g and calcium:0.045g. I tested with API kit the PH and is around 8.2ppm, salinity on my salinometer reads:1030. I dilute to 1026.

I have been using NSW for 7 months now and absolutely love it. I order my ro water too all delivered once a month no fuss. Drivers very helpful and polite what more could you ask for. Thank you

Absolutely fantastic and cannot fault in any way. I get my water (RO and Salt) delivered once a month and my containers filled. I keep some of the hardest SPS corals in the marine hobby and run next to no media. The live bacteria In the water is brilliant and I highly recommend this company.

Great customer service, I had a lot of questions before I placed a order for delivery. Christina was very fast to respond to the emails and get me booked in. For the water no problems at all and it was clean! The delivery was also great and on time. A very helpful man, great customer service from both of them.

I have just received my first order of NSW water i can comment on that as its only been a week but have seen some improvements .what I was very impressed with was Tony whome has spent a lot of time and effort to help me with professional advice and I can just call and sms anytime . He always gets back to me . Also the driver as I am dissabled he put the water inside my back door . We kept our distance but he was very helpful. I hope to leave a further review when I have used the water a little longer . I have evo 52 liters and have changed about 20 liters so I will see once I have cycled more water. I can say my tank looks clearer and my corals are looking better than thay did. Well done to NSW team there staff will always take time with you .

I'd give Natural Sea Water 10 Stars if that was possible, from the moment I made my enquiry Christian was excellent, she made the ordering process very easy and was always on hand for any questions I had regarding the process.

The day before my delivery was due my time slot was sent to me via email, which was 6am-8am. When I woke up around 7:30am the containers were already at my front door stacked neatly and full to the brim.

I tested the parameters before adding the water to my tank and it was perfect!

10/10. I will be 100% being using going forward and recommend to anyone in need of water for their Aquariums
