Natural Seawater are very professional and a reliable company. I used them to deliver my saltwater and RO water for 2 years. When my fish tank exploded (due to poor manufacturing) they offered to home my fish until I rebuilt my tank. Unfortunately, they died and I no longer have a tank anymore.
The company is trustworthy and even if you are out they will leave the water on the doorstep for you. So you do not even have to be at home. I would highly recommend this company and their delivery drivers are extremely friendly and helpful. The water is heavy for me and offered to carry it in for me. Thank you Sarah

Brilliant company very polite professional and helpful, Christina is always there to answer any questions quick response times. There reliable easy company to work with to supply a frequent supply of the cleanest NSW around. I'm having 50ltrs deliver every 4 weeks and all they do is ask for the containers to be left in a safe place for them to refill and of course the money which is very reasonably priced for the quality of water you receive I will definitely carry on using NSW supplier for now on and for any future tanks I have.

I sold my reef aquarium about 5 years ago and in January I had a holiday in Egypt on the Red Sea it was amazing seeing the fish and corals In there own habitat.
And yes I got the bug again and 4 months ago I bought a second hand set up. I had heard about NSW and looked them up, I have a delivery every 4 weeks and do a 25L water change weekly, from the day I collected the aquarium to the present day everything has worked in the aquarium & NSW like a Swiss Watch the corals are all happy and growing, the colour of the fish are much brighter. There is no way I would go back to R Oing my own water as that would be a backward step.

NSW is a brilliant company and they don’t just supply you with Sea Water, but they are happy to look into and problems may be having with your aquarium and they can give hints and tips on how to sort any problems out, if you send an email you are guaranteed to get a reply, Christina will always get back to you with suggestions and really good advice. Since changing to NSW my tank has really flourished, fish seem more relaxed and corals seem to grow much better, I can well recommend them and their delivery service has always been on time ! Gone are the days of messing about with synthetic salts, natural sea water has all the goodness of the ocean, hence why everything seems to thrive.

After trying many different salt water supplies including mixing my own Natural Sea Water is by far the best option.

I’m a new customer to Natural Seawater Supplier, and asked for their help after I suffered a catastrophic crash of my marine tank. I couldn’t make enough RO water and mix the salt quick enough, and someone on a forum recommended these guys.
Amazingly, Christina arranged a delivery for the very next day to help me rescue what little I had left. My emails were answered immediately with understanding and care.
The deliveries always turn up when expected and the driver is always friendly and helpful.
Since I’ve been using their water, everything is flourishing. It’s really not expensive (the same as your local aquatics shop charges for pre-mixed RO) and you know that the quality of the water is as nature intended.

WoW, What a service Natural Seawater Suppler are amazing, from the get go contact from Christina was amazing always there for help and advice the customer service is second to none. The quality of the water is amazing my tank had crashed and I lost everything so I got in contact with Natural Seawater and I was like I was talking to a friend they are very knowledgeable and friendly. I started back up on Natrual Seawater and within about a week my tank had cycled and is still running strong.
The delivery service is the best I have ever had from any company, fully updated every step of the way. I wasnt in when I was delivered but my elderly father in law was the delivery driver carried 125L of water though the house to the tank. I Purchased the water carriers also and they are of the best quality, on thing I did notice is the spout is the perfect size for ATO so no fiddling about to get the pump in the container. I have and will continue to high recommend Natural Seawater Supplier to all my friends and family. Keep up the good work.

I'm not someone who leaves reviews regularly, however I am very picky on the products/services I use... I have to say I am so happy with this service! I was hesitant at first, we spend so much time, effort and money on our systems I didn't know it it would be worth the risk. I'm so glad I made the switch, my tank has never looked so good and my system is running better than ever. Having water delivered is an added bonus which forces me to do regular water changes.
Everyone is so helpful and takes the time to explain things. The driver is the same too which means when I am not home he knows the procedure. The best service I use and I rely on it!

i bought water form them to fill my tank. was deliver on time and pumped straight into my tank professionally. i had issue with my tank (to no fault of theirs) and they helped me sort it and even offered to come back another day free of charge to carry on and fill my tank once i had sorted my problem out. i highly recommended this company and will defiantly use them again when i need water for a new tank set up or just a top up.

After using NSW for 6/7 weeks now, my aquarium is looking incredibly healthy and my levels are certainly stable. The customer service is marvellous, with all members of staff i have dealt with being happy to accommodate all reasonable requests and a pleasure to deal with.
