I have had a repeat order of Coconut capsules for years..... my last order ended up returned due to my missing royal mail.
Realising I had missed delivery and in all probability collection from the depot.
I put it down to one of those things between myself & royal mail.
However, upon Nature's Way receiving my parcel back, they emailed me to check everything was OK and made sure I was still happy to keep my repeat subscription, which was very much appreciated, they also sent double with my next order...... AMAZING!!!!!
How often can any of us say we have had customer service on this level.
Coconut capsules contain so much to help keep you free from many nasties, such as anti viral, bacterial & fungal.

Haven't received the product yet as missed the post. Has been returned to Royal Mail for redelivery on 21.12.22. Had these vitamins before. Seem fine.

Delivery was a bit slower then usuall…
Delivery was a bit slower then usuall but this is due to the ongoing situation I guess. Else all good we use the Kaloba drops all winter and the vitamins are really delicious.
