The product is great. I have an issues with your delivery service. Expected delivery 8.40 and 13.00 hours. Arrived 14.55. Driver left box on open porch doesn’t ring the door bell. Food is defrosting. This happens every delivery !!

Great product. First time in 3.5 years my TT has "willingly" eaten all her meals and even licks the bowl clean. And perfect poos! 😀
