My dog likes these, but they are just too pricey to be a primary feed. I also think they are too smooth, so have no abrasive surfaces to help keep his teeth clean

Hi ive just recived your order and am not happy as the food is half thawed this is how you pack your food you do really think 13 bags of food with a hand full of ice will keep it cool ill be going on social media and posting theses pictures 2 years ago you i never had any of theses issues as you packed your boxs with proper ice bags and food can frozzen your taking short cuts on saving money and i cant feed my dog thawed meat or refrezze it you need to get in touch with your packing team id understand if there was 4 bag of food in there which the tiny ice might keep it frezon but 13 bag your having a laugh
