I absolutely cannot fault the customer services department for their help.
Sadly, I seem to be late in the round of a very rude DHL driver, and despite Nature's Menu informing them the goods are frozen and my delivery always being scheduled for a morning slot, my deliveries have turned up past 5pm and 4pm... defrosted 😫
Your customer service agents have done all they possibly can to help me get my dog's food to me in good time and still frozen, replacing both orders that I had to dispose of.
I will purchase again without hesitation once I have arranged an alternative address for the food to be sent.

My dog has been on Natures Menu raw food diet for years now. It is fantastic for his health - it is obvious in the poop. Good quality food . Great customer service. Whenever there has been any issues with delivery , all is quickly resolved. Definitely recommend Natures Menu.

Not the usual quality
My recent purchase of frozen wings was not as usual, several bags seemed to have been thawed out and refrozen so were in a solid block. I am disappointed as normally they are fine and I can take each one separately as needed

Excellent puppy food
Raw food ordered and it arrived on time as per schedule. My puppy is really enjoying his food and particularly likes the beef. He looks in great condition and is steadily gaining weight. Glossy coat and full of life. If my pup is happy so am I.

Superb company to deal with as they…
Superb company to deal with as they always answer the phone (Mark) and reply on live chat (Tayla), when we had an issue with a late delivery and then a missing delivery they dealt with it promptly and with no fuss, its a shame they are being let down by DHL which is out of there control.

My fussy German Shepherd loves the food and we always have an empty bowl. I also think it is reasonably priced. Customer service is brilliant. Only downside is the courier who never delivers on time so I look forward to a new contract with a different courier service.

Plastic found inside dog treats
I found several pieces of purple plastic/rubber-like material mixed with Natures Menu freeze-dried beef treats. I noticed them only after my dog had already eaten some treats, so I cannot rule out the possibility that she swallowed plastic hidden inside one of them.
She is a very small dog, so this is extremely worrying. I have also seen other customers reporting similar foreign objects in Natures Menu products. This needs to be properly investigated as a serious product-safety issue.
