I bought a Nanopresso for my husband thinking it Will arrive on time and ordered a Soto windmaster for our hiking trip, call 5 days after to check If they were on their way and they said I would receive by next week. 4 days after got a mail that they wouldnt be able to send the Soto windmaster because they don’t have it anymore and no info about the Nanopresso, I had to call their Customer service again and Ask them about it, it was that time when they checked on my order coz they have no clue as to what happened to it. Now i am Stove less and gift less because of their unprofessionalism and lack of forethought for their customers. Your prices are sky high that had me thinking you can deliver when the fact of the matter is you can not. Be better. Do better.
Great service. I was struggling to find a Fjallraven item as it was out of stock everywhere. I found it online in this store. I ordered on Saturday and had the item delivered in the UK on Wednesday.
