I bought a few boxes of the cat food as there was an offer on. Unfortunately my cat does not like it one bit so that’s a waste of money. Note to self - buy a small amount first!
On a more positive note my dogs love their Naturo food!

Caused terrible diarrhoea
Put my boy on Naturo wet food when he went into adult food. He seemed to like it but started having severe diarrhoea. He has been completely housetrained since he was 9 weeks old but started to mess in the house overnight.
We put him on chicken and rice for a few days then reintroduced Naturo and the diarrhoea came back pretty much straight away.
I refused to believe it was the food as it seemed to be so good (grain free/all natural) so we tried again and exactly the same.
I can’t believe I put him through that. He is now on another grain free diet and has been absolutely fine for months.
Clearly not tolerated by all dogs.

First thing that's good about this company is they are human at customer services. Secondly the food is great, looks and smells delicious and my dog loves it. No nasties in it just proper ingredients.My dog is an OAP but his poop tells the truth.

I emailed customer support after I’d ordered to ask them to despatch asap (as I’d left it until I was almost out of food to re-order!) and they came back to me and let me know it had been despatched that day. I received the cat food the next day. Great all round service and product.

The food is great , dogs love it ! But.... The delivery is so bad ... It's always delivered elsewhere and the last 3 times I've had broken meat packs . Naturo did refund once which is good but it shouldn't happen

The dogs love this food they seem to like the gravy meat has there is moisture in it so their biscuits not so dry. But it's great never had any issues upto now. I have boxers so you have be careful of their stomach's has can be dodgy.

Our greyhound, Jonny, is thriving on Naturo. He's 9yrs which is getting on a bit for a greyhound. He is not typical as he still likes fairly long walks so he needs good quality food.

My cat threw up twice immediately after eating this crap. Ingredients are unreadable.May say online like 40 per cent chicken but how much dof that is actual chicken rather than all the wastage ? It looked awful and sloppy out of the packet ,never seen such awful cat food in 20 odd years of having cats
