We recently purchased a sofa from Natuzzi and had a fantastic experience thanks to Natalie. She was incredibly patient throughout the entire process, taking the time to answer all of our questions and helping us feel confident in our decision.
What really stood out was the effort she put into helping us plan our space. She carefully worked through the measurements of our lounge with us, showing how different sofa configurations would fit and suggesting alternative layouts that could work well in our room. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to help made the whole experience much easier and more enjoyable.
Natalie was professional, friendly, and never made us feel rushed, despite the many questions we had. We really appreciated her guidance and excellent customer service.

All staff lovely and very helpful. Shahid could not do enough for us at the Leeds birstall branch.

When looking for a new sofa we went in to Natuzzi Editions at the Birstal retail park. Ednan was there to greet us and not only was he friendly he knew what he was talking about with the information he provided us regarding the sofa we were interested in. After visiting the other furniture stores we went back to find Ednan and made a purchase.

We had a great experience with the staff at Natuzzi in Blanchardstown, Dublin store. A special shout out to Karl, who was extremely patient us and helped with our purchase.

Absolutely blown away by Ash Rani service today we visited the Leeds store and fell in love with a sofa but was unsure if it would fit.

Ash came to our house after his shift had ended did all the measurements, brought the colour swatches and spent hours with us.
