Requesting immediate payment while taking too many days to provide service is unacceptable, especially the service quality does not meet their promises. They claim to offer personal relationship managers for assistance, but the line is always busy when I try to contact them. They are taking money without providing the promised level of service.

They started masking/hiding candidates email…
They started masking candidates email and contact information citing "Privacy concern". This is not mentioned in anywhere in the website. Customer service response was that we dont have to mention anything in the website and we can do what we want. As a paid customer, masking/hiding the contact details of applied candidates contact details without mentioning anywhere in the website is a scam. And they have conveniently placed " refresh" button to make you think that it is reload of the page and once you click it any unused classified purchases will be consumed and cannot be claimed. These hidden and tricky behavior shows the insecurity of the Naukri and will lead to their downfall.

Wrong attitude of Naukri employee Nikita Siwach on call

Today I was contacted by Miss Nikita. She had called to sell the pet services to me. I explained her in a nice way that I had already taken paid Services and it did not work for me. Nobody called me. Neither did I benefit from it. I am a loyal customer of Naukri and I am still on naukri.com recently I have updated my profile as well when I was trying to explain him her she cut me off many many times in the call actually and also said let's not talk about the irrelevant topics, no, that's rude and then she was also mentioning that my profile has been viewed by 1200 customers and only three of them have acted on it. She was trying to tell me that the profile is not up to the mark which I told her that I got the resume written from somebody on paid basis so she degraded it. I am sorry this approach with this attitude to a customer whom you have called from the customer perspective is insulting. I still believe in Naukri as it's a big brand and I'm sure good people are working hard to build the brand. This is a feedback mail from me.
one Mr Saurav called me after that i explained him the whole incident and I asked him Nikita's full name and he mentioned it as Nikita Srivastava but the mail came as Nikita Siwach. I'm not quite sure who is the right person is. Kindly look into.

Instead, take an active approach by searching for jobs on various platforms and submitting applications. When your resume aligns with a position, recruiters are more likely to reach out to you. Here are some effective strategies:
Focus on creating a compelling resume, ensuring that each point reflects your skills and experiences. Avoid copying content; instead, use templates for formatting.
Update your LinkedIn profile and connect with recruiters, HR professionals, and others in your field.
Continuously enhance your knowledge and exude confidence in your expertise.
Seek referrals if possible, but don't stress if they're not available.
Dedicate at least two hours each day to applying for jobs and regularly update your profiles.

Very bad company and worst customer services
I would have given them a zero if one existed. Why? I dislike spammers with my blood. These guys are heavy spammers and I can't comprehend the benefit. Waste of money I use to be called daily to get convinced to take the service I paid close to 6500 for resume writing priority application etc. I was told my current resume is not compatible with ATS however even after getting my resume written from Naukri the compatibility was 61%. not a single SMS sent to me no calls no relevant jobs were shared. they will take the money send you couple of emails initially to rate them and done one cares what happens after that. please DO NOT waste your money on Naukri services
