The blackouts are so dumb. Why am I paying for this?

NBA league pass is the total waste of money the app clocks

Had someone use my bank details to purchase a subscription fraudulently, all they did was claim they took no funds from me repeatedly and kept telling me to speak to my bank despite my bank telling me they cannot cancel the subscription only the provider could

Terrible, laggy. Just another cash grab. This app is good if you want epilepsy, stress or a headeache. Not for samsung tv owners too.

Been a NBA LP subscriber for over 10 years. This a Horrendous Horrible and Inexcusable upgrade.
Breaks are not cut out on rendered games. Ie. halftime, quarter time etc.
These rendered games have been cut/edited in a horrific manner. This editing has left viewers disoriented. So many cuts half way through a play and then it goes straight to halfway through another play leaving the viewer to figure out what is going on.
Too many games aren’t rendered within a reasonable time. Some games haven’t even been rendered 48 hours later.
All of the above problems have NOT been present in the past 10 years.

Inconsistency between platforms.
Apple TV problems-
Spoilers are not removed under watch game button.
Fast forward button doesn’t work on every game.
Arrows used to scroll games day to day does not work properly.
Too many times I have got the spinning circle of death which means you have to delete the app and install again. I must have done this close to 2 x dozen times. All of these issues aren’t present on Android devices.

And I have already complained a dozen times to your support and nothing has been fixed.

Most of these problems have to do with your policy and strategy and nothing to do with the upgrade or anything on the customers end.

NBA League Pass 2022/2023, NBA made a automatic Renewal charge for season 2022/2023.
Even if the NBA League Pass is active in account. It does not work to watch games. The NBA League Pass Support seems to be an automatic machine learning app and does not solve any technical issues, even though reported multiple times. Both iPhone NBA app & Web browser via latest version of browser fails. According to the specifications for the NBA League Pass it should work for me, after all actions I have made. Wasted money & next to worthless support.

Absolutely useless. Both games on opening night are unwatchable - buffering every few seconds

Have been a League Pass subscriber for over 8 years but am cancelling. after this update the app DOES NOT OPEN, at all. Cant watch any games, highlights, replays, nothing. I deleted & re-installed the app so I have the latest version. Contacted support via phone, they never called back. Emailed support, they never responded. it's been 12 days that support has ignored me. despite the website saying "The team is available every day from 6:30PM EST to 1:00AM EST" NO ONE picks up unless its during a game.

NBA LEAGUE PASS? W T F?
Wouldn't this imply every game in the league, not just a few games? What a rip-off. Thanks to others' mentions of problems canceling, I will contest the charge.

As other people have stated here, they simply just withdraw money from your card even though you have cancelled the subscription. STAY AWAY!

Omg......where to start.......the nba......what can I say ......always scouting n looking for new talent......classy organization that’s treat their fans n whoever involve in it like family.......don’t ask what the nba can do for you ......what you can do for the nba.....you want to be something.....then the nba is what you should put a ring on......haha.......nba.....ohhh...........wow.......n endless dreams haha........

Very good website as it gives me all the information I want to know such as news, season standings, and results. I especially like the Playoff Picture section as well.

Fed up with Prima Dona players that care more about social justice politics rather than working on their game. NBA has gone downhill from David stern. Bird, magic, and Michael built up the leave and Lebron is destroying it. Sad.

I do not agree with the decision of continuing the season despite the pandemic. I think of it as a cash grab that doesn't care about the well-being of their players. David Stern wouldn't have allowed this. So disappointing.

Pretty good website, but it has become progressively heavier to me.

I love what the NBA offers. The game play, the demonstration of skill, and athleticism keep me coming back. The company engages social issue, instead of avoiding them. My only complaint are the occasional games rigged by bad calls. It's extra obvious in the bubble. This is my favorite sporting league to watch.

Years ago, I watched basketball for the first time. I like Lebron James the way he plays. So, I decided to go to this site and watch kingjames highlights always!! The site has also, live coverage for your favorite team/s. I'm so excited to watch again NBA games on July 31. All is well!!
