Called to try and avoid getting charged for LGW drop off. I accidently drove through on Sunday.
I explained this to Sam. He took my vehicle number and after a couple of minutes got back to me and told me it was taken care of. Even checking that I'd got an email confirmign this.

Terrible, have actually reverted to scamming customers now, sent me a parking charge notice for a car park I paid for. Appealed and sent them bank statement showing I’ve actually paid £12 for parking not £6 on the day and they replied ignoring the£12 and said they will reduce it to £20 as a gogw but if I appeal it further will have to pay £80. Unable to actually speak to anyone about this so probably just gonna have to take the hit and pay. Safe to say I will be deleting my NCP account and app and never risk parking in one of their car parks again.

Forgot to pay for my parking and remembered by the next day.
Had the app, so had a chat with a team member Hannah who resolved the case quickly.
I was very impressed.
Also phoning to make the payment was straightforward.

Great Customer Service
My app sometimes couldn't take payment, this happened for almost 2 years and each time I went to customer service within the app they could not figure out why. It was then resolved on the 24th April with Zach, he was so helpful and patient he resolved my issue so quickly I was really grateful since no one else figured it out. Amazing customer service Zach.
