I’d give no stars if I could
Appalling service gutter level I paid for a 3 hour park but due to a cancellation of the meeting I was attending I left after 15 mins I raised a request for a partial refund and was told this isn’t possible you don’t as a company do this !!!!!!! Seriously that is disgraceful how can you justify robbing people like this I am utterly disgusted ahd will be making my feelings know on every available platform to show people how horrendous your customer service is

Was helped by Zach today, good energy, felt like he actually wanted to help, stayed with me on the phone whilst I verified whether I'd received the requested email. 5 stars for ZACH. As for NCP, £67 for 12-hours of parking I nearly had a heart attack.

the car park in Brighton behind the Brighton centre , it was easy to find , unfortunately the lift was out of order the stairwell to and from where the car park , people had urinated or there were needles used and left laying around. i had pre booked but the car park didn’t recognise my number on the ANPR and when i left i was required to pay again , the person i spoke to at NCP at the barrier was help and able to assist but it did cause chaos whilst i waited and a queue formed behind me. i was surprised to receive a WR code by separate email
but it never arrived , overall not impressed

Parked at Kelvedon station. Paid the 2 day service charge in full before leaving the station even thought the service didn't allow.
NCP tried to fine me realised I was in the right and then charged me 20 admin error.
Massively disappointing and a reason why their customer service is appalling.
