Welford Road NCP…. Is this possibly the worst carpark in Leicestershire? No, it’s the worst carpark in the UK. After entering this hell hole of a building I very quickly discovered that every turn to a new level was IMPOSSIBLE to negotiate without either hitting the kerb or needing to reverse and realign my car. Unfortunately as the only parking space was on level 11 I had to go through this torture 10 times!
You can imagine my dread at the thought of having to exit….. only to find that the turning room to exit was SMALLER than entry. The carpark needs to be demolished and rebuilt by adults, not children. Avoid at all counts!!

To the stupid people at NCP who clearly can’t tell the time. I paid for 2 hours worth of parking and left before my parking ticket expired. They had the audacity to send me a parking fine claiming I didn’t pay. Luckily I had the parking receipt on the app therefore I was able to contest it. Your incompetent staff need more basic training and your ANPR cameras are crap! Anyone using an NCP car park, always keep your receipts as proof, they clearly try and make money out of anyone. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

The member of staff was very helpful. The number plate camera had picked up my number once incorrectly. Instead of HT71 WCR it was picking up the H as an I. I was informed politely to make payment for the incorrect registration number.
