Using the app makes parking across the country nice as easy. Recently I was given a duplicate charge, but I requested a refund via the app - the customer service advisor (Realonda) responded within 24h saying that they had processed the refund. Great service.

Parked in Edinburgh. A police incident stopped me accessing the car park. An Irish NcP staff member called Alan explained the situation, kept my bags safe in an office and I went to a cafe to wait. I was then contacted in around 20 minutes and allowed to retrieve my vehicle. Excellent communication for a situation out of the companies control and meant I did not miss my flight. Would definitely use again
