As an international prospect student, I knew nothing about U.S. colleges, SAT exams, or the overall application process. NCSA provided us with this knowledge, and thanks to that support, we are making... See more

Highly recommend
Our recruiting coach Kalee has been so helpful with all our questions and a great positive attitude of encouragement. I highly NCSA for parents who need support and guidance through the process as it can be overwhelming.
Coach Brian is fantastic
Coach Brian is fantastic. Our interactions with him in the last year and a half of our student athlete's recruitment journey have been marked by his consummate professionalism, honest and specific advice and feedback and consistent reliability. Coach Brian truly took the time to get to know the person our athlete is and constantly provided advice, guidance and timely answer to questions. Our interactions have helped fuel to confidence in our family's decision making and I recommend the experience highly
If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. This program is a scam. They do not care about your child. They care about money and do not disclose the “agreement” up front to you when you sign up with your “coach”. I am very disappointed honestly. The customer service lady I spoke to was extremely rude and sarcastic and not helpful at all. Do you research before your call with your “coach” so you know what you’re getting into. It’s all a big propaganda for money. I highly recommend researching this company before going forward. If we would have, we wouldn’t have ever took their call.

Academics not considered
We had a very poor experience with NCSA.
My son is a strong student-athlete with a clearly defined academic goal, yet the schools NCSA matched him with did not even offer his intended degree program. Despite reaching out to multiple colleges through the platform, no schools with his actual degree program ever responded.
The service felt generic and automated rather than personalized, which defeats the entire purpose of paying for recruiting assistance. When we attempted to cancel after realizing the matches were academically incompatible and ineffective, we were not allowed to cancel, which added to the frustration.
For the cost, we expected meaningful academic alignment, real outreach support, and basic flexibility when the service clearly wasn’t delivering. Unfortunately, we received none of that.
I would not recommend this service to families who care about academic fit as much as athletics.

Not worth the money
Not worth the money, they promise they will assist you with all aspects of the program if you pay for the highest membership… LIES they don’t assist with nothing they call you a couple times send you some workshops that you can find free on YouTube! Honestly do not recommend wish no stars were available to rate this NCSA!

Great program and great service
Connections First
It is so so important for the recruiter coach and the student athlete to form a connection. Without a connection, the sessions can feel like the recruiter is not interested in the student as a person and just there to go through a checklist of rapid-fire questions about profiles and to-do lists. Perhaps a better approach would be to ask some personal questions; do they have pets, something the student likes, or maybe a favorite food or drink at Starbucks. Maybe share a short story of the recruiters' common interest. It is important to find the one or two things the recruiter has in common with the student other than just basketball. This will open up better conversation over time and build trust when the recruiter is giving advice. Especially when talking to female athletes.

NCSA Helpfulness
I wouldn’t have even known where to start with my recruiting process without NCSA. They have been such a big help and everything is super organized and easy to find! I have loved everything about NCSA.
Helpful and professional advice from…
Helpful and professional advice from knowledgeable experts who care about your swimmer! Their platform is really extensive and easy, with tons of information, templates and contact details. In addition they offer lots of webinars that are invaluable to the whole process. Your contact person, who you meet with on a regular basis, will help alleviate the stress that recruiting entails, giving great advice, helping your swimmer set up their profile, and guiding you towards your goals. Overall worth every dollar!
Couldn't ask for more
Customer service and accessibility very good, with rapid and professional responses to queries. The whole process (so far) has allowed us to navigate through an entirely new venture for our son, and the ability to constantly refine and research how we approach college applications is very impressive.

NCSA College Recruiting
I began my membership with NCSA in 2021 for my oldest daughter. At the time, I did not realize how difficult it would be to work with this company or how challenging it would be to end the membership.
My daughter has been in college for approximately 2.5 years and no longer needs or uses NCSA services. I attempted to cancel my membership in 2023 and have made multiple attempts since then to end the service. Despite these repeated requests, I have been told that I cannot cancel.
I recently discovered that NCSA has continued charging me a $35 monthly fee. When I contacted them again to cancel, I was once more informed that cancellation is not allowed. I do not use these services, do not want these services, and have made repeated good-faith efforts to cancel my membership.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and stressful. I am simply asking for my membership to be canceled and for the charges to stop. I hope NCSA will address this issue and improve their customer service and cancellation process.

NCSA - Top Notch Service
NCSA has been an extremely valuable tool for our family during this time as we are navigating admissions and financial planning for college. Having the ability to communicate directly with college recruiting personnel has been seamless and easy to navigate. Also our personal advisor, Megan, has been a pleasure to work with and has given us solid and constructive information as our daughter prepares for her university education. NCSA is well worth it!!
