Ok so I researched buying a dive knife…

Ok so I researched buying a dive knife for my scuba diving daughter for Christmas. The knife looked good to me (I have no experience of scuba really) so I placed my order which was quick and easy. The DPD delivery was good and I got a phone call from N D to check my address which I think I must have typed incorrectly. Great and thanks! The package arrived today and wow ! They had gone to town on the freebies. A pair of socks, a Christmas card, some light sticks ( which I am tempted to keep for myself 😎) a magazine which looks really useful plus a great knife complete with straps. Fantastic deal and I will point daughter in your direction for anything else she needs - correction, for anything else I have to buy her😂

Great customer service

If you want good, reliable customer service, this is the diving shop to go for.
I bought a torch from Northern Divers.
Great powerful torch but for some reason the torch switch stopped working. I contacted ND who tried to fix it for me. Still no joy.
So when that didn't work, their repair specialist Kevin sent out a new replacement within 24 hours.
Cannot ask fairer than that.
Get company, great service. Thank-you to Kevin and the team.

Very impressive products and customer…

Very impressive products and customer service. After buying a pair that I had to return I had email advice from Ben on their sales team who pointed me to the best boot for use with a drysuit and ensured the fit and sizing and lace locking was right. Delivery was super quick and their packaging showed professionalism and attention to detail. The refund was in process within three days of posting so all in all very impressed with this company.

I have been thinking about buying a new dry suit for some time. On the Northern diver website I put a dry suit HID in my basket for GBP 999 but I didn't pay. Three days later I got an email with a 10% discount code. I thought, great deal. I made the purchase for GBP 905. My happiness didn't last long, only 24 hours. I got an email saying that I had to exchange the shoes and pay an additional GBP 70. I have a receipt for what I bought and there is no mention of any additional payment for exchanging the shoes. The thieves first gave me a discount and then tried to deceive me with a cunning fraud for GBP 70. This is a disgusting procedure, people without honor, simply pathetic creatures. You have to have principles in life and despite the fact that the HID product is really good, I gave up the purchase. You can't tolerate such procedures, it is called fraud in the language of honest people. Apparently the people from Northern diver don't know what it means!!!!!

long test times

Really long test times on a simple air cylinder 4 weeks and still no word was in really good condition tank and valve very poor /bottle has bin done and offered 3 free fills and returned with a boot that wasn't on fair play

Great service and super quick delivery

Great service and super quick delivery. The varilux 3500 torch looks a great unit although not had the chance tidive with it yet.
