I absolutely love your products. A bit of background. My hairs naturally pitch black. Think of the colour black and then think ten shades darker and you have my natural hair colour. But I like blonde hair so for the last ten years I've been having it bleached. You can imagine what state my hair would be in if I didn't use the right products.
But your purple shampoo and conditioner along with the heat spray and hair serum are literally a defibrillator for my hair. In the bath when my hair gets wet it is inches from being unalived and then I use the purple shampoo and conditioner and my hair lives to see another wash day.
I like how the purple shampoo doesn't stain my hands and my white bath tub. The fragrance is intoxicating and I do nothing but sniff my newly washed hair.

Love the Neal.and Wolf.products and all have had such a lovely.smell

Terrible experience with the delivery company, Parcelforce. Took almost a month to arrive and the first package was empty because the package was damaged on route. Can’t fault Neal and Wolf with their prompt response and help in getting the items. Great service and like the products received.

Great products - love their Miracle Spray, but please, why do you insist on using Parcelforce for delivery? Please at least give an option so the customer can choose which courier is best in their area. An order that was meant to arrive today is now at some random post office I can't get to.

UPDATE: Moved to 1* I've tried to rearrange delivery via N&W. I stayed in all day, it didn't turn up. Rearranged again and didn't get a confirmation they were going to deliver it one day (told allow 3-5 days), so I was out when they randomly turned up. Absolute shambles. They insist on using Parcelforce and nobody else. Great if PF are good in your area, not so great if they're not.

I bought the product from my hairdresser instead and have given up ever bothering with N&W delivery again.

Bought Shampoo & conditioner from my hairdresser and had skin and scalp irritation for over a week my neck ,face and chest was completely covered in Hives had to use Antihistamines and hydrocortisone cream to stop the itching it’s made my scalp and skin so dry never again 😡

I have never had a reaction to any shampoo and conditioner in the past. Purchased as recommended by my hairdresser and it has destroyed my scalp. It’s so itchy and flaky and I’ve lost loads of hair. My Boyfriend had been sneakily using my shampoo and his scalp is the same it’s massive flakes coming from our scalps even weeks after not using. I contacted the company who said all their products meet regulations but something has to be wrong in my opinion I have used other brands like kerastase, L’Oreal and olaplex and never had anything like this.

Terrible product will never purchase again plus customer service terrible all i would say is donot use this product or company

I wrote a one star review on this company. They caused a lot of stress by claiming I did not order from them. They took my money and did not send an order confirmation. They said I didn't send the money when I had the money debited from my bank account. After a lot of time addressing their awful selling methods I received the hair goods which have a horrible smell. Passing on my experience. I will never use this company again. Lots of hassle and stinky unpleasant product for my money.

I really like this brand and the products seem to work really well with my hair. Well, at least the blonde products do anyway.
One thing that lets them down is the fact that they use dreaded Parcelforce and Royal Mail as their couriers.
My things are still with Parcelforce which is super annoying as I they’ve had them since Tuesday and wanted them for Saturday night (today). Please, please review who you choose as couriers!

Bought the AMPLIFY VOLUMISING SHAMPOO and CONDITIONER 950ml size absolutely disappointing these products have made my hair like hay extremely dry and no shine let alone absolutely no volume it’s just dead like straw texture it’s got to be the worst hair product out there… after using olaplex, joico, Redkin and so many other good brands… called customer service got told well it’s a voluminising product so it will make your hair dry!!!! Oh wow wish they had made that clear on their description before I purchased. In the bin now 900ml of shampoo and conditioner- WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE

Fantastic Customer Service. Ordered on Sunday. Items delivered Tuesday. Unfortunately one of the items was damaged. I emailed and they issued a replacement to be delivered within 2 days.
Very impressed. Will definitely order in future.

awful company with no integrity. They act as though consumer laws and rights are above them.

I ordered a shampoo and conditioner set for a friend for Christmas. It was delivered to ‘a neighbour’ by Royal Mail. I told N&W I didn’t receive the order and wanted a refund. They refused a refund and sent out a replacement product. I didn’t require the replacement product therefore I sent it back. Recorded delivery. 3 weeks later I am still waiting for a refund.

I will never use this company’s products again. Never have I come across a company with not only terrible customer service but with sub standard products that they over charge ridiculously for. There are far better products out there sold by companies with far better values. Save yourself a headache and pocket full of cash, shop elsewhere!
