I’m a long time customer for a reason - beautiful natural products and excellent customer care. I pop in to the Victoria Station shop whenever I’m passing through just to test out any new products but usually stock up online. It’s easy to order with quick, well eco-packaged delivery.

Throwaway packaging so disappointing. The products are great
The products are great. I received very good help from the shop staff. BUT was so disappointed about the corporate use of packaging: Neal's Yard no longer takes seriously RETURNING and RE-USING their glass bottles. Many of the products are now in plastic and include compulsory dispensers- surely those should be an optional extra which you can buy?
Hey Guys there is a pollution mountain! and Climate change is real! This doesn't sit well with herbalism

Gentle on My Skin and an Absolute Favourite!
I have been absolutely loving my Neal’s Yard Remedies products! 💙
I was gifted the Women’s Balance range, and I have been so impressed with my experience so far. As someone who suffers from eczema, I am always mindful of the products I use on my skin. I have found this range to be gentle on my skin, and I love how refreshing and uplifting it makes me feel every time I use it.
I only need one or two drops in my bath or on my body puff alongside my favourite body wash or soap, and it is absolutely lovely! It has become such a beautiful part of my self-care routine, and I am so pleased that I can enjoy using it without experiencing irritation.
I was also gifted the Neal’s Yard hand sanitiser spray, and I loved it so much that I decided to purchase one for myself! That says it all. It is definitely something I will be returning to.
Neal’s Yard Remedies, you are doing a wonderful job! I am genuinely enjoying your products, and I look forward to trying more. My only wish is that the products came in bigger bottles because I would happily have more of my favourites! 😂

I love the French lavendar essential…
I love the French lavendar essential oil, this is what I asked for, the girl serving me struggled to find it, then said she found it, when I got home it was the organic lavendar oil that I did not ask for, its not the same,it is more aromatic and more expensive.
The French is the most beautuful and soothing.
Both Lavendar oils do seem a little more watered down in the last year, unless I have become addicted..
Please don't sacrifice the quality of your wonderful products.
