From start to finish, was so highly impressed with everyone we dealt with, from the designer to the fitters to the organisation behind the scenes. Everyone turned up on time, they cleaned up at the end of every day. We are so thrilled with our new dressing rooms. Would 100% use again.

Excellent from start to finish. The design team were brilliant providing excellent advice and listening to my ideas. Measuring is perfect and the furniture fits perfectly into all awkward corners. They have done dressing rooms, study and living room sets.
The fitting team were friendly and quick. To have Neatsmith carry out my bespoke project has always been my dream and now I am surrounded by these beauties! Thank you!!!

We placed orders with the Finchley Road branch and Adrienne was great, being patient and took her time to explain the different options. From here we were handed over to Katie who was also superb, friendly and accommodating. There was a small issue with the installation, but this was fixed promptly and they communicated throughout.

I would like to add that their installers are simply terrific. Super professional, neat and tidy, and took great pride in their work. Once they were done, you could tell they loved their own work, which is rare.

I had a terrible first experience with Sharps, so came to Neatsmith and so glad I did!

Wonderful, excellent experience with Neatsmith.
Faultless service from the first meeting to installation of my daughter's room furniture (bespoke wardrobe, shelving unit, desk, bedside tables). Everything was beautifully designed by Josephine (Chelsea showroom), with professional approach and attention to every detail. The delivery process was very well coordinated by Katie (Head office). The furniture was fitted by Aurelijus - he did everything perfectly. Many thanks to the team for the outstanding service. We are very happy, the furniture looks great.

Recently contacted Neatsmith for an update to my existing wardrobes. The result are an amazing new ‘long skirt’ wardrobe with shoe drawers and the redesign of existing shelves into shoe drawers and shelves for my handbag collection with fabulous smoky brown glass doors. The fitter was clean, tidy and completely unobtrusive and finished the installation early! Thank you again Neatsmith for organising my life!

Very good and efficient service. I felt that staff understood my style and communication was easy. The price range is also very good as I got excellent quality but paying less than for other similar brands. The choice of products is mouthwatering and you feel like being in a 'sweets shop', I had to wrestle with my own mind when trying to choose among the options offered within similar price band.

Neatsmith are outstanding. I originally asked my kitchen supplier (whose quality and workmanship was stellar) if they did fitted wardrobes - they recommended Neatsmith. Josephine, at the Chelsea showroom, was amazing and extremely patient with us as we explored the possibilities with quite a small room (in a listed property). Her ideas were spot on, her professionalism designing the solution and working with our budget, and her attention to detail all exemplary. But in the end it's the finish that matters. Volodymer, the young man who installed the solution, is a master craftsman. I was worried about the workmanship (I notice everything) but his attention to detail, his ability to fit the solution into a room where nothing is quite straight, and his accommodation of complicated electrics, was above and beyond. Neatsmith have found the perfect balance between workshop preparation of the elements and masterful fitting services. Congratulations on an amazing end to end service - my wife is very happy.

All staff were so professional, helpful and a pleasure to work with. Mariana guided us through the entire process and proactively gave us suggestions for us to choose from in terms of customising the design to our needs. We changed the specs a few times and it was all dealt with a smile and fast action. Katie kept us informed and updated about schedules and dates.
The level of customer service from the entire team was absolutely brilliant and the quality of material used and the finish are top class. We are very happy that we chose to go with Neatsmith.
 
A special mention for the fitter Ignas. Not only was he super efficient (I wonder if he was a ninja in his past life!) but also very helpful and friendly.
He helped us move a few bits that we hadn’t managed to move before he arrived. He took care of the small details (small dots/ protectors on a couple of places) without us asking and left the property clean after the installation.

Neatsmith have made us very happy customers and we are already considering to get another wardrobe installed in the 2nd bedroom.

From start to finish a seemless experience. Delighted with our new fitted wardrobe. One suggestion for improvement. You could have guided us more on how to handle changing bedroom lightswitch given new fitted wardrobe meant no access to this switch.
