We were honestly so impressed from the very start. Having met Samantha with her charming, warm and professional disposition not to mention her creative ability, she understood exactly what we were seeking to achieve. When we left the showroom, we were so excited about what was to come.
And we weren’t disappointed. Pavlo worked tirelessly in a clean, tidy and methodical manner to get the job done.

When there was a tiny hiccup with a mirror panel, it was rectified without fuss or question to our total satisfaction.

Fantastic team: thank you to Georgia at the Chelsea showroom for her patience and design, Katie for seamless organization, and Orellius for efficient fitting with minimal disruption. The wardrobes are beautiful and quality is amazing.

Had problems with the fitting so that elongated the fitting, damaged piece and wrong colour drawers. Now some months later we have an on going problem with lights that they are here now fixing for the second time and door handles that are not right. Not good. All very frustrating when you have a busy life.

As a returning customer i can only say NEATSMITH has excelled further with their products, methods and amazing customer service (Tk u Sara @Brentwood). Ten years down the line our wardrobes and kitchen in the old house are still looking good and functioning properly. I am sure this new fit of wardrobes & home office in the new place will do the same. Good quality, functionality, aesthetichs & reasonable prices.

Needed to add book and document storage in my study. Because of lack of space, a bespoke design was the best option. I was a bit worried initially that the end product might either not feel high end or would not fit properly. I was wrong. From the initial visit, where Samatha proposed the most appropriate design to the meticulous installation from Ionut, all was done so professionally. The end result is outstanding. Would definitely recommend.

We are delighted with the Neatsmith fitted wardrobes in two bedrooms. All aspects of the project were performed in a precise, timely and professional manner. Carolina from the Hampton Hill showroom did an excellent job presenting the numerous options, measuring the site, explaining the process and showed great patience with our questions. The wardrobes are finished to a very high standard with millimetre precision. Mark did a super job installing them over four days. Arrived as planned and completed the work in an efficient, professional and friendly manner. The rooms were left clean and tidy.

We had to accommodate sloping ceilings in a newly converted loft space as well as provide access to the eaves and ensuite plumbing. We needed plenty of room to open the doors comfortable without detriment to the floor space and we had a very deep cupboard that we wanted to convert into a partial walk-in storage area for knitwear and shoes.
We had a couple of comparable quotes and found Neatsmith to be the more suitable for our custom requirements.
Kasia’s experience and knowledge of what could and couldn’t be done was essential through the design phase. She was happy to work with us during various iterations and tweaks made by my husband. We ended up maximising the space with solutions such as magnetic access panels, 180-degree doors, custom drawer sizes with cable management, removable shelves and space for a removable shoe rack.
We were going to go for glass fronted doors but settled on matt lacquer to avoid fingerprints.
The fitters were excellent. They fully protected the carpet and cleaned up every day before leaving including vacuuming. They regularly checked we were happy with what they had done and how we wanted certain cuts.
The finished wardrobes look amazing and even better than the original renders. We have much more space than we thought we could achieve. The LED lighting in the eve wardrobes add a great finishing touch for finding and organizing clothes.

I just had Neatsmith install a brand new wardrobe and it was a great experience from start to finish. The wardrobe is extremely great quality, and the service of everyone from the designer to the workmen was fantastic.

Neatsmith have been a fantastic company to deal with and we are really happy with the look and quality of the furniture. We met Hannah at the showroom one Saturday and almost covered 75% of the design and selection for most of the rooms. All the ideas were flowing and samples were given. The whole project was finalised in no time and installation was stress free. Would fully recommend them.
