Perfect from beginning to end. Lovely shop staff… talented designers… and best fitters I’ve ever used for any high-end refurb that I’ve done. Can’t recommend enough and I rarely recommend anyone as it looks like a friend review. This isn’t. Thank you to everyone involved at Neatsmith. 5 stars all round.

Whilst no one would claim Neatsmith are cheap they are worth every penny. From the initial design meetings where there was no sales pressure through to the installation their product and service were superb. The quality of their wardrobes and installation exceeded our expectations. We had one small wrinkle over installation dates which was very professionally dealt with and they pulled out all the stops to resolve the issue.

Neatsmith were extremely professional from start to finish. Jacqueline, one of the designers, initially came to our house to measure up and discuss our requirements. We have an awkward-shaped loft and she designed an exquisite, bespoke wardrobe that is not only functional and maximises space, but also is stylish, contemporary and of exceptionally high quality.
We also had bespoke double wardrobes fitted in two other bedrooms, with matching desks and bedside tables. All were designed and made to perfection.
Jakub the surveyor and fitter was very professional. He took pride in his work and ensured the furniture was immaculately fitted.
I could not fault Neatsmith and would highly recommend them to anyone who requires top-end furniture.

From start to finish the service received from Neatsmith, not to mention the stunning wardrobe, was fantastic. Carolina in the Hampton Hill showroom was extremely helpful and came up with a fantastic design as well as two visits to make sure the dimensions were exact. Katie in Head Office managed the service, on time and kept us informed the whole way through, and Gedas and Paul built the wardrobe and are perfectionists in their craft. All I can say is thank you team Neatsmith, exceptional service all round.

From the initial phone call and our first consultation at the Neatsmith Showroom in Hatch End, we knew we had found a company who would realise our dreams. We sat down with Hannah, who listened to exactly what we wanted and made suggestions to improve our design. She showed us all the beautiful samples we could choose from, of which there were so many, we were spoilt for choice. Then within a week we were shown the drawings and were blown away with what Hannah had achieved. Our remit was to produce as much storage as possible and that’s exactly what she did, without making the room feel claustrophobic. She has done an amazing job.

When we agreed to the drawings, Jakub the Surveyor then visited us. He was so patient with all of our questions and even though he had to remove a panel in our existing wardrobe, he was so careful and put it back exactly as it was before. He was extremely thoughtful.

It then came to the installation day and the installer Yurii arrived exactly at the time he was due. He was courteous, skilful and hardworking and made the installation process stress free, which is very rare these days. He was never late and never left early and takes great pride in his work. He is a credit to the company and we would have him working in our house anytime. He was a pleasure to have in our home. The Bedroom looks amazing and we are so happy with the final results. The quality of the product is exceptional.

Neatsmith made our built in wardrobe in the bedroom and from start to finish the job was amazing! The Neatsmith team were really easy to deal with from the design through to the installation and the workmanship and final quality of the wardrobe is exceptional. Totally recommend!!

We reviewed over 6 wardrobe manufacturers of varying sizes, popularity and prices, and every time their standard was inferior when compared with Neatsmith.

From the honest and exemplary customer service (from Hannah and Katie), to the workmanship of the product, the exceptional quality of the fittings and a value per price factor which was surprisingly better than many of the others; Neatsmith always came out on top.

Just when it couldn’t get better, Andris’ fitting skills and attention to detail were unsurmountable. Every one of our four wardrobes was fitted with extreme care and skill coupled with a courteous customer manner that was always ready to please.

My wife and I are probably the fussiest people when it comes to our home which is why it's not often that we are so impressed! The end products look fabulous and have lifted every room to a new level of luxury.

Amazing costumer services, they stick to the timeline they promise (quite rare these days), amazing quality, super neat finishing and reasonably priced (I checked a few others)! Zaynah was superbe, so was Alex who installed the closets. They are smart, trustworthy and polite ☺️

Excellent service from initial consultation with Sarah right through to installation. Very responsive and friendly team, who were a pleasure to deal with all through. Installation 100% smooth - fitter Mark arrived on time every day, worked solidly and left the bedrooms spotless. The quality of the wardrobes, the design and fitting is superb. I can't praise Neatsmith high enough. Incredibly helpful with design, willingly made changes and produced updated drawings promptly. Kept me up to date of delivery. The installation team were so polite, hardworking and tidy, you would not have known I had workmen in my property. Neatsmith are superb. Our Neatsmith custom dressing room was fitted 8 years ago and still looks immaculate and contemporary. The design makes great use of our space, and fitting was accurate, tidy and quick. We had some alterations made today because our storage needs have changed and they've been superb all over again. Their customer service and quality deserves more than 5 stars!

We are returning customers of Neatsmith having had a master bedroom designed and fitted four years ago. With WFH conditions we needed an office and again Neatsmith were able to help. The service we received from Sarah and the team in Teddington was excellent. Timescales were met consistently from initial enquiry through the design and fitting process. The fitters arrived promptly and carried out the work with precision, professionalism and courtesy throughout the three days they were in our home.
