I ordered numerous items from Needapresent and there were mistakes on 2 items from the same third company. I phoned Needapresent twice as I noticed these mistakes separately. I spoke to 2 gentlemen who were both very apologetic and very efficient. Within 2 days I had new items delivered and told I could keep a bottle of alcohol (one of the mistakes) for the hassle. The could not do enough to help and even phoned me back 10 minutes after my call to explain what they had done to resolve the situation. I would recommend this company to anybody. Mistakes happen but many other companies could take a leaf out of Needapresent's book on how to deal with them. Very happy customer.

Very impressed with the ease of ordering and the gift was lovely and very well received.

I bought the Engraved Crystal Pint Tankard and was very impressed with the free engraving and super quick delivery. I recieved my item two days after ordering even though it had to be personalised.
Only problem is the quality of the engraving itself. Has several faint patches and patchy areas in the letters themselves.
Although it is good quality for the money i think next time i'd rather go to a professional glass shop, even if it is a little extra.

I bought 2 small items....a mini lighter, which is excellent and a note holder...also very cute!!

I ordered a personalized mug for my mum and got it within a couple of days. The mug was just as shown on the website and my mum really liked it. They even had some sweets in there too lol (with the ingredients - I am Muslim so it is important to know if it has any gelatine in it). Anyways, the product was in perfect condition and I hope to purchase from needapresent.com again. Good delivery time aswell :) I would recommend purchasing from them - very good delivery time and product quality!

I had no idea what to buy for a present. In frustration I typed into Google I need to buy a present and guess what I found "Needapresent". Within 2 mins I had ordered the ideal small surprise present. I was concerned that it would not arrive for Christmas but Needapresent delivered. I was very impressed.
