Very pleased with gift range and service

The present arrived but my parents almost threw it out because the message that I sent was hidden amongst the present. I asked for it to be a gift but nothing was done for this. Very disappointed

The delivery and all aspects of the transaction were first class. The product itself was okay bordering on a little disappointing in quality mainly due to the poor definition of the printing, which was a key part of the gift.

Easy website delivery came when it was supposed to very pleased overall.

I was very impressed with the towel it self. Very soft fabric felt very nice. When I saw the embroidered word I was disappointed because it was very small compered to the size of the towel. It would have been great to have some information what size the letters are: split in capital and lower case letters on average.
