Never received order. Took $89 from me. I ordered in December now it’s April

Terrible company after 3 mths. alot of BS emails...never got the 3 items I ordered...do not order from this company ever...out of $54.00 they credited $14.00 and today I received a package with a crappy t-shirt and yucky jumpsuit🤬 of which I never ordered!!! It's like they just sent me something they picked out of cheap box🤬🤬 VERY VERY BAD RATINGS!!!!

I ordered 3 shirts for Christmas presents in November. I finally received February 3, Christmas was misspelled on the shirt as 'Christerm'. I have tried to get my money back and have been told it would be too expense to return my money and was offered $5.00 credit...as if I would purchase anything else from them.

This place is horrible. I ordered two shirts back in November and have not received them yet. I would like to get my money back but I know that is a joke. I guess I've been ripped off. Never will order from them again.

I ordered 2 shirts in November 2019 and this is January 2020. I still have not heard one word about my order. They were Christmas gifts. I will not order anything from this company again.

Never buy from this place. Took 3 months to get a Christmas dress delivered and wasn’t delivered until way after Christmas. Also was extremely too large especially considering it was from China. It was see through and looked like grandpa pajamas. Every time I emailed they gave me the run around and to be honest I’m so sick of dealing with them and wasting my time that I am just going to count it as a loss and be done with it.

I also wish I had read the reviews on this store! I would never have ordered anything from China. I ordered a CHRISTMAS shirt mid November and STILL have not received it and it’s January 11th 2020. I sent several emails to no avail. I told them to keep their merchandise and refund my money. I was ignored. Horrible company. DO NOT USE.

This company is CRAP!!! I ordered three tops First of November. ONE (1) came in at the first of January and it’s THE WRONG TOP!! They won’t give my money back or return label. They keep saying it’s cute and they’ll give me $3. (They upped it to $5). But it is NOT what I ordered, which was an $87+ order by the time you add shipping and handling. It’s from China so no phone number I’m so Dumb and so Angry

I ordered a top for christmas at the beginning of November. It arrived Christmas Eve. I ordered a 5XL , I wear a 3XL , this didn't even begin to fit me. Now I get the run around about a return because there in not a problem with the quality. No sized correct and they want me to keep it and give to someone as a gift and they will keep my money. Since isn't a quality issue, I have to pay for the return. That is bull. Never order from here again. You need to order an XL if you wear a small, just saying......

Ordered from a site on social media which I now realize are ALL China-located companies. I paid extra to have expediting shipping. This was in November. They say it will arrive 10 to 20 BUSINESS days from date of shipment. Finally got shipment info on 12/9. It was a Christmas sweatshirt to wear for Christmas. I have checked the tracking and it shows at China airport as of 12/20 and no further updates. It is now 1/1/20 and no package. Have sent 3 emails with generic responses of waiting a little longer. I finally told them I wanted my shipping charges refunded. They just ignore me. I also ordered 2XL based on their size chart but someone else said it is more like a medium. If and when it arrives, I will just give it away. I'm going to make a dispute with the charge on my credit card. I've learned my lesson about advertisements on social media now. I ordered shoes from someone else and it was also in China and took 2 and a half months to get here. They actually gave me a discount on the shoes for having to wait so long. I think this current company is a rip-off. Do not order from this company!!!

Placed my order on Nov 20 for Christmas items. Received 2 shirts last Friday (12/27), Received 1 shirt (12/30), still waiting on dress & 2 pairs of earrings. Wanted to return because it wouldn't make it by Christmas. Was told to wait they still might make it by their customer service. Won't be returning only because it might take a year to get a refund.
Should have read reviews before I ordered. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THEY ARE HORRIBLE.

Lesson learned. I ordered a shirt weeks ago for Christmas and still haven’t received. If I had researched company before excitedly purchasing the shirt I would have known better.

Order a t shirt 4 weeks before Christmas and still don’t have it. Emailed company to cancel and then was told it was shipped which it was not. I will be reporting this company to my credit card company to get my money back.

Now it’s after Christmas and still no shirt. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a Christmas clothing set 6 weeks ago, November 2019. The company just provided another tracking update indicating the shipment is still in China. Now, with Christmas a week out, I requested a refund.

I so wish I had read these reviews before ordering! I placed an order 6+ weeks ago for two holiday tops. The holidays will be over before (or if) they ever show up. I am now trying to get a refund. 😩 UGH! Beware - do not order from this company!

Company is a SCAM. I placed an order 21 Nov 2019 and cancelled the order within ten minutes, because my sister read the bad reviews here. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I sent them eight emails telling them I wanted the order cancelled and they kept responding asking me to please reconsider. The eighth time (9 Dec) they wrote that it could not be cancelled because it had already shipped. I have lodged a complaint with PayPal and will also file a complaint with my credit card company.

I wish I would have checked the reviews of this retailer before ordering. From now on, I definitely will check reviews before placing any online orders from retailers I'm not familiar with. Like many of the reviews, I placed an order for a Christmas sweatshirt on November 17th. The money was taken from my account, I received a notice that it was ready to ship and to this day (December 11) I haven't received it. I sent an email questioning when i should expect it and was told to please be patient, it's in line to be shipped. I'm going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and PAYPAL.
BUYER BEWARE!!! DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
