This is a POOR POOR company. Not getting any relevent answers, I'm getting replys to my problem that they caused with irellivent answers.
I ordered a item that was in stock and paid 13 pound JUST for delivery to make sure it was here before my holiday. To then have to ask where my item is? To be told that it hadn't even been shipped due to high demand ? Although it was in stock when I bought it, Asked for a refund on the whole thing before they shipped it as it wont be on time for my holidays and no use to me, to be ignored and then shipped?
Now to return it I will have to pay the return postage fee. I also contacted through FB messenger and again getting irrelevant answers giving me updates about tracking my SHIPPED item ! Still no reply from the email I sent previous to ask them NOT to ship but to refund me. Load of rubbish and POOR POOR customer service.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!!
I never confirmed an order and cancelled it because I changed my mind after seeing the conversion rate was ridiculous.
My account was charged anyway. I immediately emailed them to cancel the order (as their website suggests to do) and the response I got was "We have received your payment and now we are still processing your order.
Due to this item you ordered is selling-well in the market, order demand is really large, so that we have many orders yet.
We will arrange to ship it once packed well, hope you can be patient.
If you have any questions, please kindly contact us here."
So I emailed them again and got this as a response, "Thank you for your message.
The shipping cost is $1.99.
We suggest you not cancel order, as this item is on promotion sale, we have enough stock. It takes some time to pack it. As busy season, shipping might take more days to arrive. We would be much appreciated for your patient waiting.
If any problems, please feel free to contact us in time."
They keep trying to talk me out of cancelling instead of cancelling the order I didn't authorize! I have emailed them an additional 4 times yet nothing ..... no response!
What a joke of a company!
