They canceled my order twice because I am from Israel. Bad people.

Purchased 100 pack, has a picture of the bottle, turns out you have to fill the form and it ships in 45 DAYS to receive it.

Uses shop app, encourages one click buying. Figured out they auto filled in my old address that I've moved from and tried to change on both neilmed and shop websites, there's no way to change or cancel orders online. The email receipt had an email contact that I emailed within five minutes of order (granted on cyber Monday). They didn't get back to me until over 25 hours later to tell me there's nothing they can do because it was shipped, enjoy not getting your item! It wasn't until almost another day later that they emailed me my product was actually on my way. Terrible online system and customer service.

Re: Hypertonic Saline. I tried the rinse three times. It caused severe sinus pain when using the rinse and nose bleeds after.

I contacted Neilmed for a refund under their advertised 'Money back guarantee'. I have been promised the refund on several occasions and still have not received it months later, and after sending many emails to chase their customer service team. I have now given up on them honouring their committment and would not recommend this company at all.

They purposely put a big picture on the sinus rinse box saying it comes with a free bottle in the box, but in very small characters it says it is an offer you can sign up for and get it delivered within 45 days!!
I got home only to find out I need to go back and buy an extra box that will include the bottle this time, waste of time!

I used there ear wax removal kit. Absolutely brilliant, I have tried every other thing available and this is the only one that works. I couldn't hear in one ear. Used this after 2 uses all wax has gone

If i could give them a zero.. I would... this company is one of if not the worst place ever to work.. the top administrative people are from India and have zero educstion totally clueless admin people... be aware if you ever interview with them . Act stupid and dumb and don't show them you can do the job or show more intelligence than them.. and you'll get hired on the spot

My order canceled

Do not buy from NeilMed. We bought two bottles of Nasogel through Amazon, and were informed that the product was recalled, and to email NeilMed. After days of emailing with no response, we gave up. We had to Google why the product was recalled and found that it had dangerous bacteria in it. Thank you NeilMed, for nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not stand behind their products.

About one-third of their nasal sprays stop working or never work. I have returned so many and their website will not accept an email address you have used before! Will not be being their products again which is a pity as the actual product is very good and they always replace faulty ones. It's just a pain having to constantly chase them.

They’re not that bad! I came on Trustpilot to see what other people’s experience has been and find it’s rated at 2.4! Crikey, I’ve never seen any company slated that badly. Someone has issues here. My experience has been, I’ve used the Sinugator for 6 years (on doctors advice) in the UK. IT WORKS. Sadly since they changed to two speed they are not as reliable but TBF every time they break within a year, they replace it at no cost. Use questions@neilmed. and KEEP THE BOX it has the Lot number and expiry date on the bottom which you need for a claim. The last one was replaced in 5 days. Yeah, I’ve now got an extra one on standby for when this one breaks but it works and I can’t find anything as good.

I tried 3 times ordering the products and everytime the order was cancelled. The worst part was when they were charging me more and there was only 1 refund of the 3 orders. I complained via email and got my refund but it was just a horrible experience, had to find the products somewhere else because for some reason that I still don’t know the order always got cancelled.

Like a previous reviewer, I have been happily using NeilMed's products for over 15 years.
I placed an order via their website for the first time and it's been the most frustrating experience - the customer service is shockingly bad.
- I placed an order and received a dispatch email a few days later (with no tracking information).
- 10 days later my delivery had not arrived, so I contacted their support team by email, asking for a tracking reference. They did not respond.
- 5 days later I emailed again but still no response.
- Finally I've managed to get hold of someone via their online chat today. I was told that there was a supply issue and they would try to dispatch my order in a few days. I was told my original dispatch notification was an auto-generated email and nothing had actually been dispatched.
- I was told cancelling and refunding my order would take time as they would need to 'unallocate the order with the shipping team'.
- I asked about making a complaint and was told to contact the same email address that has already ignored my emails twice.

AVOID AVOID AVOID ordering directly from this company. I have not received my order and I have no confidence that I will get a refund.

I have used NeilMed's sinus rinse kits for over 15 years. Sinus rinses in general were recommended by my ENT for my allergies and I happened to pick this Neil Med brand. Over the years it helped wash out irritants from my sinuses and prevented sinus infections (I also use a nasal spray for allergies).

A couple of months ago, however, a defective bottle came with a kit I purchased. I e-mailed the company and got a response that they would send me a replacement bottle for free but never heard back after I provided them with my purchase date, place of purchase, and other info. I e-mailed follow-ups to them twice to no avail. I then contacted the Better Business Bureau for northern CA who reached out to their current president. She was given 2 weeks to respond. But, no response. It's not the cost of the product that I have issue with -- it's the very poor customer service and not making good on replacing a clearly defective product. There are many other similar products on the market by their competitors. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Paid for my order and heard nothing afterward. I only got the order confirmation. I decided to reach out to customer support. They stated my order wasn't received since my payment was declined. But my bank account was charged. Scam! DO NOT BUY HERE.

After waiting 11 days for my order to arrive, I decided to call the company. I was told everything was backordered for at least a month. However, my credit card had already been charged. I decided to cancel my order.
