Booked online. Very clear, easy process. Long time Neilson beach club/flotilla customer. Can’t wait to see the new location.

Straightforward

We were going to book for two weeks at Levante but there were no foiling packs available in the second week and only one in the first week; so we sadly booked only for one week. Need to buy more foiling equipment! Then the website gave an error when we went to the payment screen, the booking information was lost and it all had to be done again over the phone.

Special holiday with children for mine and my wife's 60th.
Three lots of differing travel arrangements.
Agent organised everything, as we were booking Drew checked to see if flights were still available and then gave me some Local knowledge of the hotel suggesting a small upgrade. I took her advice.

All seemed very professional whilst, personal at the same time. Can't wait for the holiday

Straight forward process
Last minute deal in a great area wifh sensible flights.

We had already reviewed all online detail of the location and just wanted additional comments on local amenities/site layout. However the site is new for Neilson and our phone contact had not yet visited site but found more detail online. Otherwise a simple telephone transaction well handled.

All Coms with Rebecca and her coleegue were good

The web site was clear and easy to use. My booking confirmation email came through quickly.
One improvement you could make to you website is to add a map showing the position of your hotels in the resort.

Successful rescue of holiday booking
Booked a beach club holiday online which seemed straightforward until after my credit card details were approved. At that stage there was a failure to complete the booking, despite evidence that the deposit was on its way. A phone call with very efficient call handler sorted it all out the following morning. Looking forward to holiday now!

All I have done so far is book but that went as well as it should.

My experience with Neilson Holidays was excellent.. Their website is comprehensive regarding each resort and user friendly during the booking process.

After 4 years we moved our group from Andorra to Les Menuires - France. We were not sure what to expect but we did not need to worry. Dimitri Suzanna Alex Rufus and the team made sure the stay was great.

Overall a great holiday at Messini. All the tuition was good and you were encouraged to give everything a go. Particular shout-out to fitness and the ski-team. Personally I would have liked a treadmill in the gym - running meant a very early start for a group run and even then it was pretty hot.
The resort host team were excellent, they always made us feel welcome, from the airport pick-up, on site help, volleyball and evening entertainment.
Food was good quality with plenty of grilled meat and fish and salads. Loads of choice at breakfast with fresh juice and excellent coffee.
Our only disappointment was the pickle ball activity - 7 out of 8 of us play pickle ball at home, hence our choice of resort. The courts are great but would benefit from some improved screening from the wind and sun. Also pickle ball felt like an afterthought and poor relation to tennis rather than an activity in its own right - there were only intro sessions, run by the tennis team, no tiered group lessons and no designated coach, although we subsequently discovered a member of staff (Ben) had a pickle ball teaching qualification and was available for private lessons. The introduction sessions were good but always full and not suitable for existing players. It all seemed like a missed opportunity for Neilson not treat it like an activity in its own right. Hopefully they will consider this at Messini/Buca next year as it’s a lovely resort and we would like to return.
