Neilson offers a range of award-winning overseas active holidays across seven countries, including beach clubs, ski chalets and yachts. There aren't many companies where 7 out of 10 of our guests return to relive the experience again, and again. Mind you, there aren't many holiday companies like Neilson. In part it's because we're in some of Europe's most beautiful locations - across Greece, Sardinia, Croatia and Turkey - and now Mauritius. All our activities are inclusive, likewise the delicious, locally sourced food. And in part it's because of how a Neilson holiday makes you feel. Our holidays are a unique alchemy; the enthusiasm of amazing guests and the dedication of equally amazing staff; a willingness to give it a go now and have a laugh about it later. We call it good energy and you'll feel it the moment you walk into any of our resorts.

Very helpful sales and after sales support

Sales and After Sales very engaged and focused on making customers happy.
The booking process through the phone was a nice experience.
There was an issue with the phone though: Calling from Switzerland I could not get through, even after approx 30 attempts on weekend and during weekday working hours. Luckily the sales rep called me after I requested by email.
I had to book through the phone line, as we wanted the accommodation only, which still can‘t be booked online.

Couldn’t have been more helpful

I spoke with Natalie and Holly when booking our holiday and both were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure we got exactly what we wanted at the best possible price.

Easy booking of ski holiday

I was able to book a ski holiday for myself, at short notice, easily. When I had a question I rang and got through to someone quickly who was able to answer my question. Their web site does need a tweek though. It suggests that if you are on a British Airways flight you can use their Twilight check in by finding the reference number on page 3 of your documents. I couldn’t find a reference number so rang and was told that, because it is a charter flight, I couldn’t use their Twilight check in.

Great phone booking service

This refers only to the booking experience as we have not yet had the holiday:
The website is clear and concise. The telephone booking experience is the best I can ever recall for helpfulness, knowledge, and easy.

Easy to book over the phone

Easy to book over the phone. As a solo traveller it can be a bit of a pian to book but Russel made it very easy and managed to book me exactly what I wanted.
