The earrings just look so cheap and because the backs are strange the earring doesn’t sit fastened to your ear so the studs sort of hang down in a really unflattering way! Would be sending back if I could. Can’t believe I spent almost £50 on them. Never being influenced again.

Several purchases of earrings and glasses let down by poor customer service.
I purchased a pair of Marni (black) glasses for my partner in December however she didn’t feel comfortable in them upon receiving. I contacted customer service on 17/12 who eventually replied on 22/12 with a return address. Item was returned & tracked being delivered on 23/12. To this day 01/03/26 I have not received confirmation or a refund.

I placed an order for £60 ring, didn’t get any confirmation email. Once I finally received the ring, the quality such a let down. I think it’s unfair to charge customers the price knowing the quality doesn’t reflect it. Will not be purchasing from them again.

Item arrived broken & it is impossible to get in touch with them. Emailed multiple times & messaged on their instagram and zero replies to either. Do not purchase from this brand

I bought a pair of earrings from this company for my niece as a xmas gift, they arrived , nicely packaged. When she tried them in her ears they could not be worn as did not match. I have tried contacting the customer service team on 2 occasions and had no response at all ! Extremely annoying and frustrating , reading the reviews here I see that I am not the only person they seem to be ignoring ! I will not buy from this company again and will make sure my family friends and business clients do not use them either .

I ordered the Cinzia hand chain and it broke within a few days.
Emailed customer services, never got a response and then look on ALI EXPRESS and then same hand chain was on they for 90p.

So it was just brought in bulk, changed the packaging, changed the price and sold.
I won’t be buying jewellery from Neima Row again.

The images used when orders are placed are not reflective. I ordered Yasmin earrings and wanted gold as the picture but received silver. Later to find out that the description says silver but the image is gold! No refund or any other consideration is given in this situation. Not happy at all with the customer service here and will not be ordering again from this site. Please be careful as the images are not correct.

Excellent customer service, really responsive when I was trying to reach them. Managed to sort out an issue and make life easier for me. Can’t wait for my friend to receive her birthday gift, am sure she will love. Thank you

I get so many compliments on my earrings I cannot fault them ! Delivery was quick and I even wear my earrings swimming and not once have they faded or tarnished. 10/10 would recommend

Was influenced after seeing the Yasmin on all my fave influencers and was not disappointed. My ears can be quite sensitive so I emailed customers service to ask about the materials and they were so helpful, offering to send an alternative if I did have a reaction but since they are nickel free my ears have been fine.

I really wanted to treat myself to some nice earrings. However these are not it😩 I actually do not know the influencer whos brand this is, however I was influenced by a smaller creator on TikTok! the two stars are for the aesthetic of these earrings/ the cute bag they come in... apart from that im almost certain these are from shein. I expected them to have some weight to them and to not look as cheap looking... not only did they arrive scuffed and chipped they are sooo uncomfortable to wear. I do not suffer with sensitive ears but these literally make my ears bleed. Literally so disappointing I really have had more comfortable earings for a quarter of the price.

Again like I said I do not know this influencer, but I simply can not understand how you can churn out such cr** to consumers who just want to spend their hard earned money on supporting your business.

Pieces are lovely looking but Yasmin earrings broke after 2 wears (back snapped off). Rings ARE NOT waterproof… less than a years normal wear and the gold has faded and ring is showing silver. Spoke to customer service and no exchange offered and blamed on “it happens when in contact with abrasive surfaces”.

Sadly, I was influenced to buy multiple Neima Row pieces which all turned out to be complete and utter trash. The quality is poor and all of it feels like cheap tat, some even damaged upon arrival. The service, well it’s not the best but not the worst, I think there’s only one person dealing with all enquiries - just be prepared to wait if you need to get in touch. Nice designs but would not recommend and will not be purchasing again. Absolutely not worth the prices they charge, spend your money elsewhere.
