I had wanted a Neon Sign for a long time. Neon Filter was extremely easy to work with. I had a reply to my enquiry within a couple of hours with a preliminary design and quote with recommendations. 2 weeks later, the sign arrived and looks fantastic. Very happy customer!

Brilliant service and website easy to use . Only problem i found was the wall fixing brackets where not suitable for grass wall effect. It would have been good for this to be in the discrippstion . I wouldn’t have bought them . Stuck on wall brackets. If your using grass wall don’t bother

The neon sign arrvied damaged, being rejected for repalcement.
The neon sign arrvied damaged, open the package a week after recieving the item to be found cracking on the corner top of the sign. We got in touch and report the faulty, but was just told they're not going to replace th enew sign as it's beyond 24 hours within 24 hours of delivery. They just offer 30% discount on the next purchase to replace this item. Will dispute the transaction based on Consumer Rights Act 2015. "These rights include the ability to reject faulty goods within a certain timeframe, and to claim a refund, repair, or replacement if the goods are faulty or not as described. Additionally, consumers have a 14-day "cooling-off" period for online or distance purchases to change their mind". Just think it'd be helpful for someone who don't know this.

Neon Filter were really helpful in making the custom neon sign I wanted come to life, they were quick to respond to any questions or requests I had and the final product was absolutely beautiful when it arrived!

Please avoid this diabolical company…
Please avoid this diabolical company like the plague!!!! The product itself is nice, however, they sent me a faulty dimmer/receiver which only worked for a day or two before just entirely conking out with no sign of life. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the receiver, as well as replacing the battery in the remote, but nothing worked at all. The light worked fine when connected to the mains without the receiver, but the receiver was clearly faulty. I raised this with Neon Filter, explaining the troubleshooting I had already tried and requesting that they sent out a replacement receiver/dimmer (considering it had cost around £35 extra to add this feature to my sign in the first place), only to be given troubleshooting options to try (the ones I'd already done) and them avoid my request for a replacement. I challenged this and advised I'd tried all options to resolve the issue myself but nothing was working, and again requested a replacement. I was advised I could ship it back to them at my own expense so they could then investigate whether the dimmer/receiver was faulty. I asked for them to reimburse me the shipping cost if I did so, as it is their product that is faulty, and I shouldn't have to pay for that out of my pocket. They offered me a £10 one-time credit for their website. I refused this and asked for a cash reimbursement as surely this is something they have to offer - again, I was told that "as per our company policy" I wouldn't be reimbursed the shipping fee. I then dug out said policy which confirmed that upon discovering a fault, they would reimburse up to £10 shipping cost, and fired this back at them. Miraculously, this was raised with their management team who agreed to reimburse up to £10 shipping. Upon agreeing this, I shipped off the dimmer and receiver (not before taking a video of the clear fault) and awaited an update. A week after sending it off, I'd heard nothing - even though it had been signed for the day after I sent it - so I emailed to chase. I received an email back telling me they have investigated the issue and "can confirm no fault was found. Upon replacing the battery, the light worked without fault and was tested over 24 hours". Miracles do happen, it seems, because the brand new battery I had tried in the remote did nothing at home, and the receiver had no sign of life, so imagine my amazement when it all sprung back to life when it was back with the company. I challenged their outcome as they had the audacity to send me a link to pay a "re-dispatch fee" and purchase a new battery. I sent the video I had taken of the fault, and mentioned how many reviews I had read from people having the exact same issue as me and being fobbed off and treated like idiots, just like they were doing with me. The email I got back was essentially calling me stupid in corporate - telling me again that there was no fault, it was simply a battery issue, and that - my favourite part of the whole ordeal - they received the dimmer with the battery in upside down - which is hilarious because I re-inserted the battery exactly how I took it out when I tried a new battery in the first place. Better yet, why would the dimmer work fine for a couple of days and then just stop out of nowhere without any human interference if there wasn't a fault within said dimmer or receiver?
In the end, simply because I have not got the patience to have to deal with this absolute scam of a company any longer, I have paid £10.88 for the re-dispatch fee, yet another battery, and postage, on top of the £8.65 I spent to send it off for investigation in the first place. A small price to pay to claw back a little bit of the sanity that dealing with these absolute cowboys has drained me of.
I've never dealt with a company with such little moral compass before. They have not an ounce of humanity among their staff and run off nothing but audacity and greed. I couldn't recommend them less and cannot wait for the day their greedy, vile behaviour comes back to bite them.

I found Neonfilter on Google and after looking at the website decided to order my sign. The whole process is made extremely easy from choosing the font to the size. Once I’d placed the order I had the proof in two days and then received my amazing sign 8 days later. And it is perfect. Thank you Neonfilter. I would happily use them again.

Misleading Leadtimes
I placed my order on tuesday 8th July as I needed the sign for a feature I was making that weekend. I only ordered it from this company as it said free next day delivery. It is now friday 11th July. Still not received my order so I rang and chased them, to be told that it's actually 5 days production and then next day from there. Really not happy as nowhere did it say 5 day production,therwise I would have sourced it elsewhere.
Service and quality are top tier
We placed our order and within a few days, our sign arrived! We’ve already tried it out for a full installation, and it’s actually quite impressive. We chose the templates because they perfectly matched our needs. The price was great, and the build quality is excellent. The customer service is also top-notch, especially compared to most other online companies. And the delivery updates have been excellent too!
Amazing product!
The whole process was so simple! I’d been to a few other companies for quotes and honestly they were extremely expensive and not nearly as easy to design your own sign. Came in great time and looks amazing in my studio!
