Neptune - Belfast Reviews 

This was my first purchase from Neptune - a table lamp and shade.
Two things disconcerted me at the time of ordering. The lamp and shade were displayed but the price shown was for the base only. The shade cost was then added at the till point.
Secondly, VAT was not included in the price as shown. With the unexpected shade cost this made another big difference to what I'd assumed I'd be paying.
The order was made on October 6th and I was told to expect delivery in November. In fact delivery took until into December.
I think my main issue was the VAT being left out of the price shown, an unwelcome practice I associate with the U.S. and not with U.K. retail.

The store let me know immediately when it became clear there would be a delay. The delivery and installation was seamless and the delivery men were lovely.

A truely beautiful experience going to Neptune. Professional staff who know their business inside out. I was looking at the beautiful furniture and kitchens when I noticed a lovely colour of paint on the walls....and realised then that the paint was theirs........totally bespoke to Neptune and great quality. so, basically went in for a quick jook about and see their kitchens and furniture, and came out after ordering paint for my kitchen! Wow.......didn't see that one coming! The day I collected my paint (Grey Oak) they had their Christmas display in the shop and the amount of people in there was amazing, all looking for something different and quite beautiful. If that's you, then this is the shop to explore.

Very happy overall with the service we received from Neptune Belfast. Each team member we spoke to really took the time and effort to make sure we were happy with our kitchen design, explained every step of the process to us, and in the end- we managed to create the kitchen of our dreams. The quality of the pieces are wonderful and should last us a very long time! Well worth the wait (covid impacts!)

Very helpful shop staff. My order was ready within the allotted date. The delivery company guys were courteous and bang on time. The furniture was assembled quickly and positioned as per my request.

Friendly service and good advice. An issue with a new bench (3 screwdriver holes) was easily resolved with the unsolicited offer of a complementary cushion.

Hi just to say a big thank you to Kaya we visited the Belfast store today such a lovely shopping experience. Kaya was a great help suggesting paint colours for our living room she really took the time to understand our existing room, colour scheme and we came away with sample paint to try. Kaya is a real asset to the store and once my husband tries out the news paint samples we will be back. Alison xx
